So I usually don't go to this coffee bean since I am obsessed with my coffee bean on Riverside dr in Teluca lake. Not saying anything bad about the staff but definitely not the same warm feeling you get from the people at the other location. To top it off not only they got my order wrong which is understandable it happens but they charged me 80 cents for the caramel drizzle. I'm not usually one to complain but really you charge me for the drizzle which ive never payed extra for and this is what you gave me. I mean what little amount.
Get your coffee or tea drinks.. never any issues. Typical coffee bean. Sometimes random hobos chilling in area but never seems an issue.
I have never had an issue with my drinks at Coffee Bean. Which is why you go to a coffee shop, TO BUY A COFFEE. They are friendly, efficient and have great tasting coffee. Only complaint I'm reading here is no public restrooms? Coffee Bean locations almost never have bathrooms, so it doesn't seem fair to have dozens of bad reviews for the same (and somewhat well known) issue but oh well, grab your coffee and stop being so cranky. Keep up the great work !
Don’t get me wrong, the people here are very nice. However I ordered a caramel latte with oat this morning and the barista mistakenly gave me whole. I get accidents happen but it severely messed up my stomach and I’m have horrible horrible pains due to being lactose. Please be more careful while using alternative milks. Some people have severe intolerances.

Ordered coffee from here for the first time. Not the very friendliest people at the counter. Coffee was ok ok only.
This place is nice, it's what you'd expect from a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I do like the fact that there is parking in the back.I wanted something Blended, but not caffeinated, and the person at the register recommended the Malibu dream. Great choice! Perfect for somebody who might want a smoothie with whipped cream on top. It's got a berry type flavor to it, probably blueberry, strawberry mixed together.The inside can feel kind of cramped since there's only one row of tables against the windows. I guess if it's raining and you want to enjoy the view on Reseda Boulevard, go for it.The real reason why I come here though is for the outside patio. There's trees, and plants and things, and it feels like you're on vacation.
Very rude service and no restroom for customers! How is it possible? Are you a coffee shop or what? Very disappointing! Never shop there again.
No restrooms. That’s really unexceptional for a coffee shop. A paying customer should have a place use the restroom.
Yes, it is apparent that even two years later this still seems to be an issue. Doesn’t a restaurant have to supply a restroom or at least a place to wash your hands? It is the law is it not? It’s a public safety issue and if it is not safe to open your restroom it is equally unsafe to prepare, serve and sell food to the public. Please post NO PUBLIC RESTROOM at your front door and see how many people will just turn around and leave before buying anything.
