Ordered online from my car and walked in and picked up, too easy!
So slow had to wait 20 minutes , she had 5 customers and still tried to delay them, took me so long i had to leave and when i asked her if she could be faster she confronted me .
A Vons in-store Starbucks, with pretty good customer service, properly staffed and ready to serve all drinks on its menu.
after a long day of work I headed over to my local Starbucks to get some coffee as one would and a sandwich. i place my order and wait at the little window for my coffee and sandwich. a bit of time passes and I get my drink and all I’m waiting for is my sandwich. several customers pass by and get their drinks and I am still waiting for my sandwich. 20 minutes be exact and I remind them about my sandwich and guess what, turns out they completely forgot about it and I was on my feet for so long waiting for it. once they handed my sandwich after so long of waiting, I see my sandwich and it was completely lopsided! very disappointed I will not be going back and will be taking my money else where . thanks a lot Vanessa D and others

They were out of like…. Everything except coffee. Yup, even cream ?? They only got 2 stars cause their employees were so nice & were handling an impossible situation with grace & couth. The customers? ????? Not so much. They were like their own mini mob. Guess they gotta get their caffeine fix ?
Well, I know people are entitled to their own opinions, BUT, I’ve been going to Starbucks for a long time and been to quite a few. This one, inside Vons, is by far the absolute best. Mickie, the manager, has a wonderful demeanor and has never gotten my order I incorrect. As a matter of fact, no one there has ever. I give other Starbucks the chance to live up to this one, but no one ever has been able to. Mickie deserves a raise and employees that she can count on. Just my thoughts, but when you burn her out, you guys will be very sorry. Hardest worker I have seen in a long while. She should be staffed with people that area dependable and want to work. Mickie is the best!!!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service they have this witch with blonde hair I couldn't get her name working there very bad attitude was on her phone when I was giving her the money... If you're not happy with your job girl go look for another job you look miserable.

Pretty good location. Kinda crammed but it’s inside a Vons so what do you expect. I suggest ordering before you’re leaving the store as you cannot drink or eat inside the store due to COVID restrictions!
