Totally lost or just forgot my order. Crazy thing is I only ordered a tall black coffee. So simple and I waited almost 30 minutes before I complained.
Order was perfect.The only thing was a bit of wait for drive thru.

Super convenient Starbucks on you way to the 101 freeway. However, they often close without notice. Service has made multiple errors on my orders. One time, they made a mistake on reloading balance to my Starbucks card. Then, I was told they couldn't do anything that I needed to call corporate to correct ther mistake.
The one chick was rude because the guy that took my order didn’t understand me instead of accommodating she acts like she owns the place being rude
