Today I went to a place I love getting burgers from and I haven’t been there since before the pandemic. When we arrived we noticed loud music already so I figured that make it hard to hear taken orders but for them it’s like it doesn’t bother them. So we go to place our order one kids cheeseburger combo, and 2 regular pozi cheeseburger combos. As well as a cilantro aioli fries plus baklava.We waited over 20 minutes for them to bring our food out and notice a combo missing plus they gave us no drinks. We were gonna add a garlic dip and pita bread but when we learned they didn’t charge us for the combo and wanting to make us wait again we decided to get nothing else and leave!!! When we arrived home with our food the fries were soggy, the burger was sloppy, the baklava was old and dry (made me wanna gag even the chopped pistachios were old), one person without a combo now and forced to make something else for lunch.Really disappointing to think I use to love coming here with my family and now it will be the last time I ever go back!!!What’s worse is when we said we didn’t wanna buy the garlic spread (a gal brought it to us when we were leaving but than came after us to say we didn’t pay. We didn’t want it so idk why she insisted to try and give it to us knowing we gotta pay) or wait for another combo they didn’t charge us for cause there loud music. I can see why they messed our order up. Need to fix your service and cut the loud music out also maybe have fresh sweets and not sell me old ones!!!
Food is fantastic here!They are not shy with the hummus.Most place I have gone to, where they typically give you just a dab or a sampler cup to go with your meal.Not here they give you a decent portion in a salad container.I think I'm in love with this place.Most of the time I go with a wrap, but, today I grabbed a full dinner and I was not disappointed.Kudos to Pozi's and their wonderful staff!

Perfect for Mediterranean quik-serve / takeout, have also used them to cater larger parties.Has a mom-and-pop feel.Note: can recommend other places if you're looking for a fancier dine-in experience.
Food is good but service is bad that girl in the counter has a bat attitude if she doesn't wan to work why she don't stay at home is not that first time I come here but I recommend people don't come Sundays she is here she has a vocabulary so bad if you have kids don't come she needs to stay home
Always tasty. Good plates for dinner and thier breakfast burritos are good too. I like the mega bacon one. Tasty hummus and pita chips. If you are looking for something sweet they have a good selection of gelatos too. Ohhh and they have like 15 types of tea fresh on hand.
The food is great. Carlo is fabulous. I suggest everyone go and prepare to enjoy!
Excellent food here. The owner is a very nice guy and happy to chat about his shop. I had gyros here and they were fantastic.
Food quality not that great. Rude staff. We ordered the breakfast burrito. Asked for no salsa a million times. When we got our burrito it had tomatoes and onion everywhere. We went back in to ask for another and they refused and said it wasn’t salsa it was pico...but it doesn’t say pico anywhere on the menu. We complained a bit and said you can’t just put things in people’s food that isn’t disclosed on the menu and they refused to help us. Never coming here again
Always fresh food, fresh variety of iced tea. Friendly staff.
