I am absolutely appalled by the i experiences at this fast-food restaurant. We charged me for a large meal and they gave my family and I, a medium meal. There workers were also very rude and almost threw their food at my wife. If you are going to buy food at mcdonald’s, I highly recommend you to shop anywhere else, would not come again.
Very nice and clean location, never had any issues coming here. It's always empty which is a plus.
Came to this location and the cashier or shift lead that was at the window around 7pm was very unwelcoming as i arrived I wasn’t greeted after i said hi she said absolutely nothing and just handed me my order with a attitude and closed the window and walked away when i tried asking her for something. Customer service is what should be given and this location didn’t achieve that . Suggest putting someone else who has good customer service at the window if this location doesn’t want to loose customers due to unpleasant welcomings like this

It was very nice & fast restaurant . I seldom buy the fast food but i love to enjoy the in-n-out burger all the time.

This location on ventura Blvd is fast they always have great service. Y kids love it there.
