Horrible service and location. The manager Miguel refused to give me my food after I already paid through Apple Pay and it said pending in my apple wallet. All I wanted was my food and that’s it. I have been here before and the dining area is gross and dirty as well as the bathrooms. There is always bums and homeless people hanging out the front door asking for change or talking to themselves. Never a good experience here. I thought Tarzana was a nice area until I ate at this McDonald’s a few times but never again. Miguel you and the this McDonald’s are trash and I would never forget my experience here.
I love how this location is very spacious and how u don't need to walk up to speak to anyone and sit right down like in a restaurant. All is needed is to download the McDonald's app and start to order and put your card information and they bring it right to your table. So convenient for big orders or just want that restaurant experience.
Carl's jr. Is much better.It's my first time that i ate mc in usa and i didnt enjoy from it.Very dry.
Clean bathrooms great service, dine in not crowded ,Wi-Fi service great food just how you want and I loved the new hot crispy nuggets and new sauces now you can order chicken Big Mack it has chicken patties instead of beef same great taste at McDonald's
If you wanna take-out your order, don’t go into the store and use DriveThru or Curbside Pickup. This store has a faster DriveThru.
Their dine in experience is much nicer and more friendly than their drive through.
There's a guy named Mario who works here. Absolute legend, such great service, my food took a while and he got on it straight away super friendly. What a guy.
Fast service opened late night well drive thru I mean and always have a fun experience after a crazy day or night , I always run into the homie Chris brown everytime I visit this location , so weird considering he li es in the neighborhood somewhere lmao ? ... but McDonald's is still #1 of all fast food chains in the country . " in my opinion " Carl's Jr is over rated and has prices like fatburger but stilk is at the bottom of the list for the fact the prices r at the top for a fast. Food joint just for that fact ?.
This is the second time I bought large coffee and they told me they don't have large cup when I already buy the big one. and they just give me the medium cup .So disappoint! I always stop first to go work for the coffee. NO MORE!
It took 12 minutes to get...that's just 2 items, and I ordered before everyone else, anyways I get to watch everyone get their's first and watch them eat. And My burger was barely wrapped, sometimes we give people the benefit of the doubt that they will aim to improve but sometimes we should just accept that's the best they got. I guess this is a divorce of our relationship Mc-D's. bye
