I’m going to this ihop over coupleYears… they are getting worse and worse…Tonight was the last time I come this ihop!!!We waited about 5 min for sitting which is they had only 2 customers…Than waitresses came and say (before showing where we will sit ) cook is going to on break you guys ok to wait 30 min??? I’m speechless!!!What kind of business they are running??? That’s why they have only customers who play card games instead of eating…Sad to see some business going down like that!!!
I just came in tonight to order some crepes. I waited 10 minutes in front and had a waiter pass by me several times. Never once asked if I've been attended to yet. Worse service I've ever had especially in Tarzana! Excepted better service then this!
easy order online and over the phone. No wait time for pickup. There is a long line waiting for dine in every time we go to pick up our order tho
Amazing place, clean and nice. Sweet people and have been coming here for years and they are always the best. Recommend this place for any hour of any day with whoever. Lovely 10/10.
Today I went to IHOP with my family, we love IHOP. We were served by Edwin, his management and service was amazing. I definitely recommend it.
I love coming here with my wife and son. They treat us like family everytime we come and service is never a let down. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help. The food is typical diner food but the pancakes are bomb. In comparison to other IHOPS the service is unmatched. Unlike other location I don't feel rushed to leave and the staff makes sure I have enough coffee all the time.
Service has much improved, I have avoided this IHOP in previous instances due to long wait times in between ordering and receiving food. Server was attentive and food came out in adequate time. Order was correct and no issues, will definitely be going back.

Customer service can't be beat. The restaurant is very clean, tables white clean with bleach so you never feel like your silverware can't touch the table. Regardless of how busy they are it always feels like you're the only customer.
The service and the food was good, but my two stars review is because my husband and me were seated next to the kitchen and the music from the kitchen was so aloud, personally I don’t like ranchera music, one cook was singing or yelling that music.I feel headache
