This place horribly managed. They did not have rice. I had to wait 5 minutes till they brought it out. They didn't have guacamole, and they didn't have vinaigrette dressing. It happens all the time. There were 10 people behind me waiting as well.Chipotle is a big chain, they don't manage Tarzana location well. It is horrible. Moreover, they don't have enough servers. Long wait, if there are people ahead off you.
They need more employees. Wait time is very long.. I was 7th in line, waited for 15 minutes and left.It is a 5th time, I am leaving chipotle and go eat at another place. One guy was doing everything. Serving and Cashier.Total mismanagement. Do not go to chipotle, if your time is scarce.
Worst burrito decision in my life.Staff was so slow and badly organized .Somehow my burrito came out sized as half of normal size. Rice they use is so different comparing to what you can normally see in burrito. Why not make Mexican rice like everywhere ? They didn’t even have green salsa, what kind of Mexican food place is this ?“Organic” lemonade I got was more like water. I could barely feel any lemon juice in there.
Jenny was so freakin rude. was already charging my boyfriend while I was still waiting for her to take my order , we were gunna pay together. workers just standing around . girl had just clocked out but was behind me and they took her first and totally ignored me. AWFUL EXPERIENCE OVERALL. Get a whole new team.

Badest Chipotle in this city. Just buy my food and grab long hair from my food! Manager Raphael don't say no sorry no nothing for that accident only return my money back after me asking to return!

Went to Chipotle In Tarzana on Ventura blvd. Took a guy there with Autism. The girls behind the counter were aware of is condition .I looked at them and without a word being said,they treated him with respect and were very professional. Thank you Chipotle and your employees. Oh, great food also.
Their Brown Rice is never cooked well!Either in Tarzana or Northridge.I have brought to the attention of Northridge manager and also manager of Tarzana.
Used the chipotle app to order my food for 1:40pm. Got there and they put the wrong bowl in my bag. I had no time to go back since I had to go to work, so I called them and they said they'll remake my order for 5:10 when I'd arrive after work. I arrived and it wasn't there. The staff was never actually notified of the re-order, so they were all confused. It took them 30 minutes to make my food. 30 minutes. The line was way faster than my pick up order. I was late to my next shift because they were so slow. Poor girl who was helping me was doing everything and as quick as she could while everyone else was was doing their single tasks so slowly.This is the second time they have messed up so bad on my order and the second time I've been to this location. I'm just assuming it's just terrible management here. I'm writing this review to remind myself not to come back here.
