Excellent service and the habit never disappoints, has been a great addition to the neighborhood!
The food is great. Got the Caesar chicken salad. Definitely has healthy options. Vegetarian as well. Not sure about vegan unless you have just the plain salad. Overall great service.
My grandmother and I came to this location a few days ago to have lunch and the food was great and the staff was awesome and very friendly
This place stopped caring. They gave me an undercooked chicken sandwhich (either that or it was OLD because it did not taste fresh) and the soda tasted off. When I confronted them about the soda, the woman says"yeah i tasted it and it tastes weird"Appreciate the god damn courtesy. Maybe next time you could do your job and figure out why it tastes bad.Christ.
First time. Really enjoyed the Santa Barbara. Char burger on sourdough toast with caramelized onion and avocado. Fries were average.
I’ll be honest the food was awful. The burgers tasted mushy. The bread was mushy. The fries were over cooked. Compared to in n out this is grossBeing a new burger joint in sylmar especially habit I was expecting a lot more. Just go down a block next to big lots. There is a food truck called nicos burgers for a cheaper and way better burgers and fries. Especially the onion rings. Or go on MacLay street get Jimmy’s. Or go to fosters. You wont be paying out the a for a inferior burger.Other than that place is clean and manager was micro managing unnecessarily made me laugh.
Went there a few times it’s fine however got raw chicken once whatever, just threw it away cause I’m not driving back. A couple weeks later I get ahi tuna which is cooked medium and they give me a completely raw and red fish. They said that’s how it’s cooked, couldn’t get remade because I have to go to work and couldn’t get refund because I threw away receipt. Get a new chef
Really bad attention to detail. I’ve gone in on two different occasions and ordered a double char with 2 extra patties, but they never add the extras patties. WTH Habit!!!! So disappointed in y’all!
On Jan. 30th I used the app. to scedule a 6pm curveside pickup. Included my car's color, make and appearance when I placed the order. We arrived a couple of minutes before 6 and waited in the car. At 6:11, I was texted that the food was ready and on it's way out. We waited until 6:27 when I saw an employeed deliver food to the car next to us. Asked the employee about our order. She didn't know about anything about it, but she would check inside. Only to return with the order that was never delivered to us. She didn't know why no one brought it out and asked if we still wanted it. The food was cold and soggy. I was never offered a refund or asked if we wanted the food warmed up. The Habit is set at a higher price point than other burger places. I expected the food and curbside pickup service not to suck.
I like being able to order at the kiosk. Order has never been wrong and everything I've tried has been good. 4 stars because the add ons- like mushrooms they charge $2 for- are small and they only give 2 thin slices & they're a little heavy handed with the dressing in salads. This location is clean. I did hear them ask for vaccine card and ID for dine-in customers.
