I ordered 3 frapps and gladly gave them my money ONLY to drive away to the taste of unflavored & poorly made DRINKS, not one but all 3. No effort on the taste or the “extra”caramel. So I went back so they can REMAKE them, only to have the same horrible taste in my mouth again. So I asked for a refund, only to drive off again realizing they only refunded me two drink when I gave them all 3 drinks back, so I had to go back again! Ordered Venti iced caramel mochiato with an extra shot. It was very milky, tasted more like milk. It wasn't done right but I didn't have time to complain or go back.
I am so disappointed with this Starbucks I’ve never been here but last night was the first time and let me tell you out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to in every city this was the worst experience for me first off the customer service was not great at all and 2nd I don’t mind waiting at all but if I’m waiting for as long as I did I would of never thought they gave me something that first of tasted old was very disgusting and for me to say that it’s bad because I do drink and go to any Starbucks at least 2 times a day so waste of money and waste of time and definitely a stomach ace here at this location I throw my whole drink away
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I received at this Starbucks location. I was there this morning with a friend and as we sat down we were asked for our Covid vaccine card (no big deal we are both vaccinated and have proof) but we weren’t prepared with them due to the fact we were just returning from a morning hike. Thankfully I have my Covid vaccine card uploaded to my phone and the barista was understanding at the time and was ok with the fact that I didn’t have my ID on me. As my friend was looking for her vaccine card I made a comment to my friend (not the barrista) about this being the only Starbucks that has ever asked for our vaccine card. I believe that’s when the barista got super bothered and started raising her voice at me in front of all the other customers and repeatedly told me that it was the state law and their policy to ask for the card which I not once questioned. Mind you I am completely aware and respect their policy that they have and I understand she was only doing her job. Then when my friend went to to grab her wallet from her car, the barista was talking to someone over her headset, I could hear her complaining to someone regarding the issue that was going on (super unprofessional) When my friend returned with the her Covid card and ID, the barrita said to us in a very rudely manner that we couldn’t sit inside because I didn’t show my ID which really bothered me since she was ok with just proof of my vaccine card a few minutes prior. Then a lady came out I believe she was one of the managers, she asked if everything was ok and I then I told her what was going on so she just checked our vaccine cards again and said everything was good and walked away. We continued to sit and wait inside and about 15-20 minutes passed by and our drinks were still not ready. We began to notice several people that came after us getting their food and drinks and that’s when my friend went to check on our drinks and was given attitude. I then decided to ask for a refund and asked to speak to the manager because I truly believe that our drinks were purposely delayed. The young man at the register said he was one of the managers so I told him that I was really unhappy with the service and explained the situation and his response was “I will talk to her”. I could also see the barista in the background smiling which leads me to believe that most likely this young lady will have no type of consequence or follow up. I truly wish this situation would’ve been handled differently. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Avoid this Starbucks by all means I know i will!!!
I enjoy visiting this location, everyone seem to be ready to help, the line looked long but it moves pretty quick, they have a person outside taking the your order to move faster.

holiday cups postponed why didn't starbuck mention this earlyer but still sends out emails for Nov. 4
They're always really nice...but this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, and the lobby closes earlier at night so you can't walk in to pick up your app order!
Starbucks always has great service. I enjoy going to any Starbucks and I get the same great experience and drinks. My wait is fast. Epic service guarantee every time.
