I ordered some pizza , chicken tenders and potatoes. All served nice and warm. Took about 8 to 15 minutes. Restaurant was clean and restrooms extra clean. Luckily a found a parking spot and wasn't to busy.
Haven't been to shakeys ina few years and just went recently for a date. The pizza and mojos were absolutely terrible. The two items that shakeys are known for and it was just awful. I will never be going to this shakeys ever again....

The place was fine except the prices and the AC didn't seem to work well. When it gets busy I can definitely see people getting sick.
Horrible experience I asked for the pizza to be well done but not burnt, my kids could not even eat it was so burned and the crust was extremely hard as a rock. If I could I would give no stars. Paid $53 for nothing! money wasted had to throw it away.
Newly remodeled great atmosphere food is great and the staff very helpful. Prices have go e up but quality of the food is great!
Big place to take ur family out for some good ckn and pizza mojos are the everything cook to order ? ?.. !!! Loved it
Management Sucks!!! Place is ok and now I know why. Yesterday I found out its Franchise which explains a lot. I went in hungry and looking forward to a green beer for St Patty’s Day but was so disappointed when I was told by the “Supervisor” Alex with her ugly attitude and lousy customer service that they don’t have it. I asked her why not if the others do? And she just answered shortly “I don’t know”. I worked customer service for years and I know that’s not the way to answer to a customer! I then asked to speak to someone who did know like maybe a Manager and she then answered rudly that SHE was the Supervisor, I was like WOW!!! Believe me from now on I’m sticking to the North Hollywood location (Corporate) STAY AWAY from the Sylmar and Northridge. Plus no AC I was sweating in there, can only imagine how summer will feel like in there. Good Luck!
