I am so irritated with this Mc Donald's. It is so close to my job and it's the most convenient location where I can go get my coffee, that I love from Mc Donald's but this location disappoints me over and over. It's my fault for thinking that it was a once in a while mistake but how can they get the same thing wrong over and over??? I say no sugar! only creamer!!! and they put sugar!! I don't have time to be seeping on my coffee every time I go. it's hot, there is a long line. I just want to trust that people who are getting paid to do their job, they will do it right!!
I have been living I'm the neighborhood for over two years and stop by every so often. I have yet to receive every item I order. The only reason this location is open is because it's the only drove through at the exit close to the freeway.Still hoping to get any order correct..
This is the worse Mc Donald in the valley. The service sucks they dint give you all your items, they get your order wrong. Ordering at this place is frustrating. Dont go there.
My bread on my mc chicken was burnt my fries were not cooked all the way through they were cold. I asked for ketchup ranch and bbq all I got was 5 bbqs check your food before you leave
Not up to McDonald's standards. Attitude was bad, wait time at the drive-thru was too long, no chocolate for chocolate shake, no sauce for the chicken nuggets. Clearly a subpar McDonald's.
After correcting my order 3 times they still got it wrong how hard is it to get a happy meal and correct oh my gosh they shorted my kid French fries then couldn't pick up the phone when I called busy signal for hours ridiculousness this is one wack McDonald's I can't recommend you go.
The kid at the drive-thru was argumentative about the name of the item and was mocking us in how we were asking for the item when it clearly said "bundle" on the menu. We took the picture and showed it to him, and instead of apologizing, he just pretty much blew us off and told us " whatever dude" when we could have been his grandparents. SO RUDE!
Made a quick stop to buy some food for my kids and I figure I can use the lavatory. As I entered with my kids, I instructed them to get in line while a try to use the lavatory. All of a sudden, I hear this loud rude and obnoxious voice from a young Latino kid, "Hey bathroom is only available for customers. You have to BUY something!! " I was on long drive home with my family and I didn't want to get into a verbal altercation about his " rude tone and attitude". Of course, I made a purchase; however, I just didn't purchase extra food for the purchase home. Now, the McDonald's at Westly, CA knows how to hire and train their staff. Much different and positive experience there. All in all, if this particular franchise continues to operate with this method, their overall sales will be substantially lower. All they had to do was to tone it down, " Sorry, we have a company policy. Bathrooms are for customers", instead of barking at people. You get more bees with honey than with vinegar.
Very delicious food and drinks, also clean environment.
It wasn't so bad. The cashier that passed the food to us in the drive thru had an attitude that left a bad impression. I asked for extra bbq sauces and she rolled her eyes and put 2 sauces.
