Getting out of work around 3-30am. Trying to get some early breakfast.. Jack use to be 24hrs. Now it's rare like 1 out of 1000.... lucky me that a jack is around the corner from my job. I get there and a big sign ok the drive thru saying open till 5am. But yet they have all lights on, employees inside just talking.and it's like 330am.. come on. Turn off all 24hrs signs that way we know it's close..
The head Chef is a drag queen called Serena infinity who has AIDS. I wouldn't eat there at all
I don't give 5 Star's very often, this "Jack in the Box" is very organized! A long line tonight, maybe 20 car's in line for the Drive-Thur in all directions! The line went very fast and I had a coupon, my order was perfect! Everything, fresh and hot! My orders are not simple, I ask for Cheese, No Tomato, Ice Coffee no Ice, my order was perfect! 4-5-22, Thank you..."Open 24/7"!
This place is a food delivery driver’s nightmare. The wait times are ridiculous. The doors are always locked so you have to get someone’s attention to let you in and even when they do they don’t acknowledge you when you go to the counter. I have seen the people who take the money for the drive through just leave their area and walk around. The drive through is always so packed and creates such a hazard on the streets. When you have to pick up food it’s so much pressure to get it to the customer on time and getting this place as a pick up order just causes so much stress.
Drive through Monday 3/14 around 6:30pm. No lines. Somehow they alway manage to mess up. Drive thru order w 5 combos. I asked the girl at the window if all my order was complete and she said yes! (this girl seemed sweet and polite) I pull over to check all the bags and I was not given the extra sides I had also ordered, jalapeños poppers and 2 tacos. Parked and went inside. The lady behind the counter (rude and locks all customer skills- never apologized nor said anything in the matter) went to pack the missing items and threw my order on the counter. She threw it and goes on about her way. When we get home (across the street), food is cold so curly fries are stiff and burgers are no longer warm. All 5 combos were COLD. I Think they cooks lots of food to have it ready for the long lines but then it’s no good if it’s cold. The poppers were burning hot as in temperature not spice so that makes me believe they have burgers ready and get cold by the time you order them. Disappointed. I have one star because I had to give something. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want cold stuff food.
The tables were dirty and some guy that wasnt vaccinated kept bugging the rest of us because he couldnt dine in without his card. The food was hot and service quick. Just needs to be cleaner .
Last night we went through the drive thru. The lady at the first window was very nice and patient with us. She was extremely accommodating because my friend thought he had money on his card but didn’t and he only had $100 bill. She took it and was super nice. Keep up the good work and thank you. Oh forgot. I never had this but my friend ordered me and my wife a Oreo strawberry milk shake. She realized it was no longer on the menu and it was now changed to Oreo mint shake. She said but don’t worry. We have everything to make it. And she took our order. I’ve been in this same situation before and even though they had the ingredients it left the menu and wouldn’t do it. I just would like to say that on Friday about 8:30 pm, the scary looking girl that took my order was rude as hell, trying to rush me while ordering my food. Hence, I ordered an Egg roll along with a salad, and upon arriving at the window to receive my food, I asked her if I can get a sweet and sour sauce. The girl is either really dumb or did it on purpose and gives me Hot taco sauce, like really? Egg roll is not a taco Lol. Then she had the nerve to tell me “ oh enjoy your night” Of course I’m gonna have a good night, and I have the best life with a great career!! Lol . Nothing worst than being dumb, looking like an ugly CLOWN, and working at Jack in the Box. Just had to say it because this girl looks pathetic and obviously enjoys treating customers however she feels like it, and definitely lacks people skills.
So tasty food and good customer service.
I wasn't able to enter Jack in the box. Drive thru only at the time... But it looked good from the outside.
