Customer Service could have been better. CSR appeared to be annoyed. Custome4 Service wad lacking. Product was good.
Less than 1 star really!!! This was the absolute worst service I have ever had from a dominos restaurant. It ws a delivery, and according to the Dominos Delivery Tracker my food arrived at 8:45. At 9:00 I called the store and got no answer. I looked up corporate to request a refund and found no contact info to do so. Then at at 9:50 the delivery guy arrived . I asked where he had been since he was over 30 minutes later than the tracker stated. He had no response. The food was cold or lightly warm at best. Items were missing. I will never order from this location ever again and I suggest you look elsewhere, too.
Unless you want your order to be wrong 3 times and wasting your money and time. Don’t come here! Staff is extremely slow and very careless with the orders. The manager says he will correct the order by giving you another pizza but seem to f*caked up the order AGAIN! Horrible management, I’d rather walk across to Little Caesar’s knowing it will always be hot and ready. Horrible service would not recommend. There’s actually a shakeys nearby!
My regular store is not taking 9nline orders at this time, so I will drive to Sylmar, this better be good.
Dominoes is always great pizza even if the employees are rude the pizza will be worth the wait I was just calling ahead of time for anything pretty much just so you won’t have to wait
Good pizza, great customer service. If any problems with the pizza they will take care of you.
The staff was incredibly helpful answering my questions. I am new to the area, but very familiar with domino's. They're a real go-to. The only reason I am giving them a weak rating is the new delivery fee. I fully understand the need for the fee, gas ain't cheap, but it put me in a position where I be better off walking there for carry out. As far this location goes, I will have to wait until I. Actually walk down there and see how the service is otherwise. I'm sure it will be a satisfying experience.
The employees were throwing forks into pasta boxes as if they were mad. The employee at register touched pizza with bare hands right after using the register without washing hands first. The tracker app said food was ready but employee said it wouldn't be ready for another 5 minutes. None of the 5 boxes of pasta I ordered were labeled. Had to open all the boxes to see what was in them... Not everyone was going to eat at the same time so that was annoying. I asked for pizza to be "pie cut" but was cut in squares. I called and was on hold for over 16 minutes. That's why I rated it 1 star.
Before the employees and managers hang up on customers they talk over them. The excuse is that they are busy and that they have to take care of the store. I guess customers are not important.
