This place has gone down hill. Rude host. Terrible food. Host never came back to refill our drinks or ask if everything was ok. The whole time he's flirting with the female host while playing music so loud you would think you're at a regaetton club. But he's there behind the cashier seeing how much his tip is. What a joke. No wonder the place was empty. Been coming here my whole life. Best believe I'll NEVER be back.
I like to being saying that there was young kid very polite that lead us to the table he even said it will a 10 minutes wait but you can sit on the table. As were looking at the menu a very heated argument broke out in the kitchen between the cook and the manager very loud. All of sudden the cook storm out and the manager on site kept on telling him bye bye bye as the cook went out the door very upset. So the place end up with no cook or cooks. Then we also noticed that the young kid that helps us in the beginning was trying to put out a food that was burning in the stove as he was doing that he also was scream at by the manager. Then the same young kid came and apologized and said that they don’t have a cook for the moment.At this point we decided to leave.Apperently the manager on site at that moment her is Jennifer and has been mistreating workers.I won’t recommend this place at all until staff issues get resolved.ThanksJose
The Denny's in sylmar is an absolute beautiful place. We were there for three and a half hours and nobody said a word to us about our stay. The food was great. The Denver omelette was absolutely delicious. My other two guests had breakfast as well and they loved it
The only person wearing mask was the hostess. Not even any customers had masks on. I was there at 2 a.m. I used the restroom there and it was an absolute mess. No liners for the toilets, toilet paper everywhere and no were for me to hang up my purse and coat, so I had to hold it on my lap while using the restroom. And I ordered the lil dipper and they forgot my au jus sauce . So I went back in and they said they didn't have anymore. After waiting ten mins they finally brought me out some gravy. And let me just say the gravy was the best thing there. For me I mean,
Horrible service if your picking up for Uber I was waiting for over 40 minutes while the little fat smelly waitress with curly hair that works night shift was ignoring the online orders and was only serving people that were dining in people that came after me were getting served where is the manager? This place is being ran by children but what do you expect some waitress is just mad at life because she’s very unattractive and ugly lol hahaha.
I was on my way to LA for family trip and stop at Danny's for breakfast. I didn't like the service from the server he seem like in a hurry and wasnt putting attention to what we order. His name is Mauricio he took most of our order wrong. By the time our food got to our table my food tastes dry and my crepes were cold and hard. He forgot to bring my daughter's shake until I remmber him. I don't think I'll go back to this Dennis again.
First off i want to talk about how the worker is ALWAYS SLEEPING they never answer the phone no matter what. Usually i would have to come inside and yell hello for a while to get someone to help me. I asked for 2 mashed potatoes and get only 1, i also asked for white chocolate chip pancakes and get regular pancakes. This place needs to shape up there customer service.
Staff was confrontational at the beginning, you must show a vaccination card, and there are rude hand written signs everywhere. But the food was great. Came out quick, hot, and tasted good. The waiter was attentive and nice, once we were seated.
Amazing tasty food and great service.
This place is requiring COVID-19 vaccination proof. And I am vaccinated, however I live in a freedom country. It is nobody's business whether or not I am. Made sure staff was aware that I will not be eating there ever again.
