Food was decent overall. Fries were hot, my husband enjoyed his burger but not the spicy nuggets, and I thought the spicy nuggets were pretty good but my burger was really dry.Large combo with a tripe burger, a large combo with a double burger and baconator fry substitution, and a 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets came out to just under $32.
Well, it would be real nice if you opened at the time listed on the door. It said drive thru only at 6:30am, waited till 6:45 and no service. I drove to the window and nobody would answer. Lights on and somebody inside. They lost another customer.
Today, I ordered their 13 dollar double cheese Dave's combo. Their fries that they guarantee hot and crispy were not hot. They had been sitting under a heat lamp. They only gave me 1 napkin. One!!! Only!!! And then I ate the burger. What a disappointment. Totally unseasoned no salt no nothing, the Pattys were black and old the burger needed flavor and fresh meat. Both not there. I seriously will never go to Wendy's again. I would rather have Burger King!
Seems like there is only 1 person taking orders and cooking food. Slower than average drive through line. Restaurant dining area closes at 2PM, so weird. If you come between 2-11 you have to do drive through.
The new fries are pretty good, my taco salad was OK. However, the building was freezing. I asked the young lady who waited on me why the air conditioner was on and she said she would talk to her manager but she never did. The outside temperature was 47°. I won't go back.
Extremely slow service, Dec 1st at 8:14p. Staff will claim the order is ready when it really isn't to reduce serving times. Handful of disgruntled customers, one pretty vocal about their mobile order being messed up. Line in the drive thru many cars deep. This location is a mess and needs to be managed better.
Single burger was average. The kids loved the chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. Fries are a little better than average but nothing special. Kids had frosty's, and learned how to dip fries in milkshakes!Most tables were somewhat less than sanitized. Barely cleaned, actually.Bathroom (mens) was acceptably clean.
Breakfast sandwich was good, and real potato wedges instead of reformed potato 'things'. Good job!

Located in the central area of sparks in the middle if the shopping centers prepare for long lines it seems everywhere has them youll wait a hit minute to make it though the drive thru but thats basically everywhere here. The staff is awesome always friendly my order is always right. They make the food hot right there its never yucky or stale. I go there alot one of my fav spots for fast food for sure.
