I've never been to a taco bell that didn't have a drive thru. It was cool & the food was delish& it's in California. Double bonus

Unfortunately, I had the experience of having my meal completely tasteless, I ordered the chalupa box, I honestly thought I caught covid first, and lost my taste buds,then realized it was the food,almost zero taste, only thing that had taste was the crisp sugar twist, and the taco sauce, too bad, for me, lost out on 5 dollars..
They need to put hand soap in the Men's restroom when the customer asks, not just go back to work as if I didn't say anything about wanting to be sanitary.
I came here to pick up delivery.... The employees here at night they seems careless or they did it intentionally ... They serve and finished the drop in customers first and made me waited for my Doordash delivery .... They think I was stupid not knowing they treated me differently than other customers....they listen to loud music and act as if I was not there.... and made me waited 15 more minutes on top of that.... which was ridiculous.... I know it only took 3 minutes to complete an orders... On girl tried to appease me by saying they were waiting for the potato which I know that's a childish reason they gave me.... my customers also complained about them...
So rude. They do not bother to say anything when I walked up to the counter to get my order instead the two behind the counter look at me but keep working and just placed a bag on the other side of the counter and walked away. What you don’t speak! Can’t be friendly worst Taco Bell ever!
Was with Roommate who was helping me go shopping. He stopped there to get a meal for himself.
I go there semi regularly and when i first started going the quality was excellent and everything was made right and tasted amazing. Over the last few months however the quality has gotten worse and worse. Most recently i went and got a burrito and they forgot certain ingredients so they just laid it on top of the burrito before they wrapped it up and sent it out to me and for some reason i cannot ascertain they were all staring and laughing at me when i collected my food.
My friend and I met for lunch and I enjoyed friendly conversation from the owners I have been coming here for years and their tacos are incredible.
This Taco Bell was one of the best, actually had cheese on simple tacos with adequate lettuce too, My burrito supreme was full and started coming out the bottom the way they used too, And you can eat in if you want and feel comfortable. Great service, thank you for not disappointing like some other Bells have. And it was a no sour cream, which always seems to be a fail at other Taco Bell's, appreciate you listening to me, thanks
