I like the drinks here, though tend to gravitate towards the classic brulee drinks. Fruit drinks are refreshing. Pictured are the strawberry jasmine tea and the oreo brulee milk. I like their interior/branding but wish there was a more foolproof way to pickup drinks. Ordering is done thru a kiosk and you need to get a number thru text/receipt to be able to pick up.
I've been to probably 15 bubble two places across silicon valley, and this place absolutely impressed me the most. The orange fruit was actual real fruit with seeds and everything, the tapioca was on point too. there are tons of people in line so you might have a big weight and the worst part is they require you to give them your phone number ?? just to order
Worst experience I ever had in a drink store. I ordered pickup form DoorDash and received the text asking me to skip the line to pick up my order. I do see my order is ready there in the desk along with another 20 orders ready for pick up. But the lady there was just keep packing the new orders and never hand over the ready for pick up orders to us. I asked her to check my order and she came and just left without saying a word. And left 20 ready orders on the desk and 20 people trying to pick up. What exactly is the point that you made the drink and don’t allow people to pick it up?! I waited for 20 minutes there watching my frostie melting. Really the worst customer service and stupidest flow. I would highly suggest everyone save your time and avoid this store.
The tea was delicious and service was great. It would be better, and probably more cost effective, if the cups were compostable. Instead, they are a very hard plastic. If they were reusable, that would be one thing, but you can't get the plastic lid off. Even if they are recyclable, I don't trust all customers recycle, and I don't trust all of our recyclables get recycled. Come on people, it's 2022. Climate change is real. We all need to be more responsible.
Mango green milk tea is a refreshing combination of floral green tea and mango! It's on the sweeter side so I would suggest getting a level down from most places in the bay.
Love the tea here! My favorite is the mango green milk tea with mochi topping 25% sugar. The cream pudding milk tea and oreo creme brulee milk tea is also really good. I feel like you can't really go wrong here. After I had it once, I kept coming back.
Come here strictly for the Frosties! Not too sweet which is usually the issue for me with blended creamy drinks. The cream flavor mixes nicely with the actual drink.Strawberry is my favorite but grapefruit is pretty solid (you do get less drink though because the grapefruit slices take up so much cup space).Fruit teas are better than their milk teas for sure! You can order in advance online via toast tab which I recommend because they’re fast about pushing out drinks!
My drinks are from three different orders! The drink were good and the menu has very appetizing selections that I wanted to stop by when I was in the area. I still do! The thing that brings me back is definitely the menu selection.I tried the Ceylon brulee latte with oat milk (forgot to add boba), oreo brulee boba milk, matcha red bean frostie, and a strawberry one (which I believe is frostie).I definitely recommend ordering online to avoid the lines. I made that mistake and I had to wait outside the shop for almost an hour for my third order - I placed this order midday. The first two orders were just as the store opened so the wait wasn't bad. It would also avoid using the self-ordering kiosk, which would also form a line.
As always, a popular and busy place among tea lovers. This place is relatively new but went through the roof in terms of popularity. It may be wiser to order online and pick up. Often, people take a long time to order at the kiosk and the line grows.Highly recommended.
Sorry it’s a sad photo. We did a door dash group order for 8 drinks and I forgot to take a photo. They were quick to make it and pass to dasher. Drinks were all super good. I always try the milk tea non dairy half sweet with boba and agar boba(if they have it) to compare. It was so good and would totally order again. The cups are really thick and good quality.
