Either this place is closed, or their open hours don’t match what Google Maps lists. We came here on weekends twice during their open hours and they were closed.
Got their premium osmanthus oolong milk tea. Great tea flavor, cheaper prices than most places. Quick and friendly service!

Gem of a place. Their teas are cheaper than everywhere else while being drawn on the spot with an espresso machine-like extractor, are the same as the large size everywhere else, comes with toppings, while being only four dollars. The best kept secret here is the pork BBQ sandwich. I have had my share of bahn mis and asian sandwiches and this really ranks right up there. The even better part - run by a nice lady that will remind you of your mom. Definitely a must if you're in the neighborhood. Definitely a must even if you're not!
