Jumbo-sized target, jumbo-sized Starbucks, low staffed, longer wait times, please add more folks to help? average 20 mins wait time for a cup of late!
The person is perfectly fine but no enough staff, late service! Disgusting!! Burned almost 20 mins!!!!!!
they have taken 15 minutes to prepare one cappuccino, still that was fine. but after that they were shouting on me to collect it quickly when name is called. Kudos to you Starbuck.
Quite possibly the most inefficient, incompetent Starbucks I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. Avoid if at all possible, there are many other options in the area

Wordage is useful to use to ensure better customer service. Specifically from Peggy. And to be honest I am not feeling Peggy and her word usage today. I get it as a service provider for Starbucks, one must follow company policy to ask if you are finish with shopping but sometimes it how you day things in addition to what you say that ensures customer service. I like to give honest feedback being in connected with an awesome Sorority who's affiliated member is also CEO of Starbucks and I greatly support this company. It is convenient to charge my car at this Target and being that I love Starbucks coffee, it's a dread to have to deal with Peggy on a daily basis.Today I took a chance to get my coffee. When I walk in I'm standing there, Peggy stand at the register like she is going to help me and then she looks at me crazy and walks away. Peggy said are you done shopping? I said I don't plan on it, then she has someone else help me. After I order, I did not see the sign that says no to go by the window, Peggy say loud so the all 8 people in line can hear, you need to move now, go over there now, you are in the wrong area, get from over there.Peggy start yelling at me immediately, when I didn't realize what I was doing. I apologized and I told her she didn't have to be so aggressive with me. Again she makes me feel bad. When I am a faithful customer here.This is not the first time I have been called out or embarrassed by Peggy and to be honest I still charge my car at this location but I have to miss out on my morning coffee because Peggy makes me feel like an unwanted customers and I rather go to any other Starbucks but this one to avoid bring miss treated, embarrassed or shamed.When I left I spoke with the gentleman and the door and observed how someone like myself accidentally forgot to abide by the rules. This woman on the other hand did not have a mask and I appreciate how the gentleman simply offered her a mask without yelling at her or making her feel bad. I would of gave this review one stars if it wasn't for the kind spirited guy at the door... so it gets 1.5So watch out for Peggy or Karen because she has a way of calling people out and embarking them when they forget to follow the rules.
Super slow service, only one server is working. Non-custoemrs took seats and occupied everything. I will not come back to this location
Such a horrible place to order the coffee or chai latte. Whatever you order they take the order and they say it's unavailable. Ordered a cheese toast it's not at all warmed up and tastes horrible. Please don't go there...
