Overall I like this place and will happily come back here any time I'm looking for something like fast food but with higher quality. I've gotten their sandwiches, salads, and wings, and they're all pretty decent. I particularly like the salads, which are large and come with a good blend of flavors. Their sandwiches are tasty as well but are on the small side; if I'm feeling hungry it takes two of them to make a meal. And the wings are also on the small side, but on the plus side the sauces they use are very good. (I go for the classic buffalo sauce and ranch dressing)Aside from the food, they have their online ordering procedure worked out very well. You can order through their website or their app, optionally schedule it for a future time, and you get a text message when the order is ready to pick up. It's very efficient and we'll suited for COVID times, and is definitely part of the reason I'll come here as opposed to other restaurants where online ordering and pickup are less convenient. My one complaint is that the parking lot is small and can be awkward to get in and out of when it's busy, but since it's easy enough to schedule my orders for quieter times, that hasn't been a serious problem.
3 times I have had an incorrect order since i been going here. Always missing something. You should not have to dig through your bag to make sure you get everything you paid for. You should be able to trust the employees to do their job. The food is amazing and the people are great. The customer experience is completely ruined when you get home and you realize you don't have what you ordered and you have to go back.. Then by the time I go back home and eat my food it's cold from the back-and-forth. One time is acceptable 2, times is understandable 3, times is just too much. PLEASE CHECK BAGS AS YOU SET THEM UP!! I have been ordering for the last few months here and chicken is good. However, I am disappointed they got rid of their tater tots. This was perfect in family packages especially for the kids. The fries aren’t really tasty. The tater tots are way much tastier than the fries. Really wish they bring back the tater tots. Chicken is good don’t get me wrong but if they bring back tater tots it will be 5 stars for me
The Nashville chicken tenders were fresh and the perfect amount of spicy. I think they made my stomach hurt though, so be aware if you are sensitive to spicy foods.
I just love this chicken, so delicious, like none other. I always get the blazing hot ( though not too spicy to satisfy my spice frenzy ), but love the flavor. I hate salads, but if at all I am to have, this is the place I would like a salad from ( may want to add extra chicken ).
Overall pretty good. Although they got my order wrong last time. The kitchen floor looks a bit dirty, but employees all wears masks and gloves.

Ordered Bone-in Wings at Starburst Chicken for the first time. I was very pleased. Thier flavors are wonderful. I know I am going back for more. I also noticed that they keep everything very clean.
I ordered delivery from StarBird website and waited with a browser window up tracking delivery. Just about 10 mins after it was picked up (the driver marker still had not moved) it said the order was cancelled. It instructed me to call, so I did, after being put on hold multiple times I had a completely fruitless conversation with someone that was mumbling so lowly I couldn't hear anything over the sound of the kitchen in the background. They eventually (after asking them to repeat themselves a ridiculous number of times) came to the conclusion it was given to the wrong driver or stolen. If I wanted food I'd have to put another order in (not dumb enough to do that). $50 down the drain and no food for the rest of the day for me because a 4 hour block of meetings was just about to start and I wouldn't be able to go to the lobby to pick up food. I'm writing this after the meetings, I'm starving, there is nothing to eat and my brain is hardly functioning. All I'm left thinking was that there was no apology put forth by the staff member who simply seemed annoyed that I was actually calling. I was polite on the phone, but I won't be now.
Everything on the menu is great - the fries, the veggies, the buns, the pink lemonade. But Starbird really shines with its chicken tenders, sauces and salads. The chicken tenders here are better than Chick-fil-A, and the variety of veggies and sauces level up the experience even further. You can have a loaded fries-tender combo or a sandwich if you want to get the stuffed full feeling, but I'll get a Cali or Thai salad.
