They have the BEST carne asada empanadas. I going to try their pupusas very soon!
Can't add a picture because once I tasted the food I started scarfing it down. So good! All the usual pupusa types. I never had pasteles before but now I want them all the time. Horchata isn't the best, but the place isn't called "Horchata Time" so whatever. And yeah, remember - pupusas take *time* to make. But they're so worth it
This was the worst and most horrendous Pupupas I’ve had. Aside from them being, uncooked or over cooked burned cheese all around. I found a plastic piece of bag or wrap inside that I almost chocked.I sent a picture to the owner and he asked for me to bring back the chewed food. Who does that? This was unsanitary and a health hazard- glad it was me an adult choking and not my son.I will not recommend this food to anyone.Just plain awful and how dare they stated I could report it to Santa Clara county when I asked to refund or I would report the business for this incident.
We literally get pupusas every Friday with flautas! These are the best around here and at a price you can't beat. I love how fresh the flautas are each time I order them - crispy and warm. Grateful that I stumbled upon this place.
Best pupusas I’ve had on a long time I highly recommend !
I only tried pupisas and, Except for being too cheesy, they were good. I got zucchini&cheese and lloroco&cheese and both had hardly anything but cheese. The hot sauce was different than other places and i think I'd need try it few more times to see I'd like it.
Lots of pupusa places here in the bay area. The one thing this place separates them from many if not all is consistency, salsa, and the taste. The beans and cheese are my wife's and my favorite. The beans, which I believe tomatoes are put in to get that rich flavor, is perfectly flavored with the cheese. Exactly what my tia and mom does and myself with our pupusas. My wife always gets the horchata (she's Mexicana ?) and loves it. Other dishes are good, but our fav is the beans and cheese and mushrooms/cheese. They are huge too!
Ordered via door dash. Food was super good! I got the chicken, and pork with bean pupusas and platanos with beans. Very good food. Platanos we’re BOMB ! Highly recommend. Personally I liked the pork with beans papusa better. But both were very good. Thank you, god bless.
Food was delicious. Service was very good. They even let me sample their Salvadorian horchata.
Instead of Pupusa Time, it was No Pupusa Time because they didn't have any pupusas available on Monday at 5pm.EDIT #1: I got confused with a different food truck/vendor (an orange or yellow truck) that also sold pupusas and mistook them for Pupusa Time since I was unaware of the area hosting multiple trucks/vendors. Thankfully, the owner replied to my review to clear the confusion. I apologize for the misunderstanding!EDIT #2: I came back and found them! They're located behind the gas station because the strip mall area extends all the way over there. The pupusas are hella good and fresh! It reminds me of the pupusas I used to eat in the Mission, except better.
