They gave me the wrong food and insist that it is my fault. I ordered $29.9 14 piece chicken family meal, and they gave me 14 tender. When I try to return it, they insist that what I ordered is $29.9 14 piece of tender meal. But 14 piece tender family meal is $24.99 not $29.99! I did not argue with them. Everyone made mistake. But this is attitude problem.
Went into Popeyes yesterday to get the shrimp tackle box. The manager tried to give the order to me in a chicken nuggets box. Dude needs to be fired, he tried telling me that is the box it comes in, but I know that is wrong because that is all I buy from Popeyes. If you can't do fast food right, then what can you do, send him back to cleaning toilets, complete waste of my time even going there.
This location is horrible. Do not recommend unless you want to be ignored by the staff and manager. Either they don’t speak English or they are just RUDE! I didn’t order my meal with such attitude and bad manners! Can’t say anything regarding the food since I can’t seem to get past the bad experience I had at the place.
Kid loves it but we thought it was just OK. Large serving size but oily. Greasy.
Don't go here unless you're ready to get addicted to some delicious fried chicken. This spot has always been consistent with the taste and service. Definitely recommend!
Chicken was dry majority of the time and the pickup was very confusing. I had ordered my online and picked it up after 10m. Got there and there was a whole line. I didn’t want to cut infront of anyway so I waited and there was no “PICKUP/ORDER HERE” sign. A lady came in and just cut through everyone for her pickup. When it was my turn, they didn’t have the order ready. I hope they have signs redirecting people on where to go.
I love this place. The black and ranch and the honey mustard are very good editions to the chicken and those potatoes. Oh my God!
Classic chicken sandwich plain is a good lunch item.
I was due $3.62 back in change from $15.00. I was given $3.20 back but I didn't look at my change until I walked to my car. Then I looked at my receipt and saw I was due $.62, so I went back inside and told the young man he only gave me $.20 he replied yeah cause we didn't have enough change. I asked him so why didn't you say something? He couldn't say anything except shrug his shoulders.
Awful place! Not friendly, very rude, unprofessional male staff. Even one star is a lot for this place.
