Not sure why the rating is so low for Pizza Hut. We ordered a medium cheese pizza a few weeks ago and it was hot, cheesy and delicious. Tasted almost as good as it did back in the day when you could find Pizza Hut and KFC together!Would definitely come back to this location again. Especially because the employees were friendly too.
Get your computer program up to date or reconfigure the software at this store or if other than all store every time, I order online I will have something go wrong.
The pizza showed up warm, but the pepperoni was slightly overdone. However the delivery driver was unexpectedly early (good thing, normally), and waited for me to finish what I was doing and come down to meet her. She could have easily just left it outside and gone, but she waited and kept it warm.
When I received my order they had forgotten my 2 liter Sierra Mist I called back to the store and was told by the Manager that the delivery driver would bring it back since he left it. I never received it when I called the store back after 2 hours no answer.
I like ordering from this Pizza Hut. But last evening, it wasn’t great, The pizza was too dry and not like the usual. It was disappointing.
I like PH very much, but this time my order was lacking the cheese. Please don't skimp on the cheese.
The curb side pick up option is meaningless. I have never had it delivered to the car. Normally after pressing “I am here” trying to call them, I give up and pick it up in house

Two times in a row the mess up my order, they don't deliver to where I leave so I have to drive and pick up and two times in a row they mess up my order and they don't fix it they say come and we will give you a new pizza, it is their mess they should deliver it at least or even pay attention to orders. If I could I would give no stars to them, worst service ever.
My pizza was late and it was cold. I asked if they could remake it and they said no. Rude and waste of money, I want a better one made or my money back or gift card
