Ordered a medium sized chocolate hazelnut frozen yogurt. Really enjoyed it - was smooth and silky, not icy. We have a rewards account and got 50% off our medium sized order. Turned out to be $3.25 instead of $5.99. Would come back here again, with rewards discounts. Probably wouldn't buy as flat price.
It’s a 5/5 when the guy who trains the new employees isn’t there he always gives way less toppings and doesn’t even fill the froyo to the top of the cup it gets annoying
Delicious frozen yogurt dessert with very fruity flavors very light and refreshing yummylicious taste !
There are flies flying around and nothing is done about it. They fly over the toppings and the entire shop. Although I am a big fan of Pinkberry, these flies raises a sanitary concern for me.
The place is crazy expensive compared to other yogurt places I have been to
Tried chocolate hazelnut flavor frozen-yogurt. It was tasteless. Even Mc swirl tasted better than this one.The staff is quite courteous though.
Fresh strawberries, mango & pineapple & other fruit toppings at this place are bad. Not actually fresh fruit. Strawberries looked & tasted bad. Pineapple was dark. Will not return to this location anymore.
Original and strawberry lemonade. Delicious
Outside seating is not so clean. I guess it's common space for all the stores over there but it is also very stranded over there.
This is a review of the location and their atrocious service, rather than the yogurt. I've honestly never been so disappointed in a Pinkberry before. The lady serving me was rude, was extra skimpy on her scoops of toppings (I had to ask for 2 scoops for a topping that shouldn't NEED two scoops), and was rather condescending when asked a question based on my previous experiences at other Pinkberries. As always the flavor was amazing, but I will NOT be coming back to this location. I am extremely disappointed, and maybe they need to rethink how they treat customer service, especially when not at all busy.
