I discovered this place 14 years ago when I was visiting Cupertino. Every-time when I am back I try to make a point to come back. Food is still as good as before. Fried Spring rolls could be better by making it the fluffy type. But overall still good.

Only $15 for such a awesome rice plate(#55) including everything I wanted and they tasted great too! Nice and affordable place.

An affordable vietnamese restaurant, with cleanliness that could be better. They have a the food ready very quickly, as is customary in these restaurants. The vegetarian pho was OK, the grilled pork and steamed egg was well cooked. The staff were kindly. The restaurant was mostly empty, but good for these covid times.

Everything I've had here is delicious and fresh and somehow also gets prepared and served incredibly quicky. Soups are great, smoothies are great.. I couldn't complain about a thing!Oh, and they have a couple neat old train cars that are attached to the building that the restaurant is in! The train cars are sitting on train tracks and everything, but you wouldn't notice them driving by or entering the restaurant from the front door. You can sit and eat inside one of the train cars, but they dont usually serve guests in the other train car that is furthest from their kitchen. Looks like the other one is only for reservations for big parties or something.

Funky spot, but GREAT pho! Super dated interior and exterior and what appeared to be just one little lady running every aspect of the restaurant, from hosting to washing dishes...but the pho dac biet was delicious. Rich and complex broth with tender brisket and tripe made my soul happy. I will definitely go back.

My favorite pho place in the Bay Area (but I certainly have not tried them all.). For me it’s all about the food, but the service is fast and friendly too, the prices are good, and the setting is pleasant in converted train cars sitting in a parking lot across the street from Cupertino Village and the Apple Space Ship.I appreciate the flavor of the soup, not too sweet, salty, or cinnamon. Just right subtle flavor IMO. I like the beef, chicken (white meat), and vegetarian. I like the egg noodles the best, but all varieties are good. The pork over rice is one dish that really sets them apart from all other pho IMO. It has perfect subtle (addictive) sweet flavor, and very little fat. Best I’ve found.Final dish that I find worth mentioning is the shrimp spring rolls. Top of the pack in this area, but not a standout. The peanut sauce is again subtly sweet, and just the right amount of flavorful for my taste.

The best part of the meal was... I can't tell, it was great all around. We had two Pho, a rice plate and an appetizer. The shrimp cakes were very fragrant and served fresh and crispy. The grilled chicken that came with the rice was seasoned just right, it was hard to stop eating. The broth of the Pho was so flavorful we packed the left overs home. The beef in the Pho was sliced so thinly it was a joy to chew on, even our one year old didn't have difficulty processing. The Pho itself also had just the right texture; the serving size exceedingly generous. The premises could use some improvement. Spacing between tables could be increased, the bathrooms were decent but could be cleaner.

fast takeout - really great vermicelli bowls

I like #9 Togo. When you get the pho Togo you can cut the fat off the meat before putting it in the soup and season the soup how you'd like it at home. But it's not as good in the restaurant. I at here for a whole week after getting mouth surgery, it's good.

I ordered take out Pho and it did not disappoint. Nice size parking lot. I would like the Open sign to be more visible.
