Love me some PF Changs! Anytime I’m in Sunnyvale I like to stop here and eat before going home. The chicken lettuce wraps are always a staple when I come here. The flavor is so good, and the sauce they make for them is excellent! They have lunch bowls now, so I got a Mongolian beef bowl with fried rice. I usually always get the kung pao chicken or Mongolian beef. Pretty much everything I’ve had here is tasty!Don’t forget the dessert. I don’t usually have dessert, but this one is a must. I had no idea it was going to be so amazing! The banana spring rolls are crispy bites of banana with caramel-vanilla drizzle and coconut-pineapple ice cream.
The food was great...service not so good had to find my server to ask him for anything like 5 times he would not just stop by.The Kungpao shrimp was great and the BBQ ribs were good but a little too sweet for my liking.
I think this is the second one I've been to. My family and I enjoyed the food there. The service was a bit slow even though it wasn't even crowded. However they made up for it when it came to my son's food allergy. It was mentioned during ordering that he has a sesame allergy. The manager came over with a printout of foods that they serve that would be safe for him to eat. I thought that was awesome and no other restaurant did that before. They were very good in making sure he can eat there safely. The food itself tasted great. I chose the shrimp in lobster sauce because it was one of their lowest calorie meals. I enjoyed it with an order of fried rice split between me and the wife. At the table was also beef fried rice, beef lo mein and ginger chicken with broccoli. All the meals received praises from my family. We will probably return again.
Great ambience and very good food. Chang spicy chicken was too sour and tasted like orange chicken. Changs coconut cooler was very tasty . Must try place
I am highly impressed with this place. It's a reason why this is a high end spot with great quality food and exceptional customer service. My overall dining experience was excellent. First thing you notice is the interior design, layout, decor and Zen from the asian inspired decor and dim lights. Very feng sui and calming from the gold tone paper lamps to the matted square shaped plates. Our server, Randy/ Randall, was a very pleasant up-beat and attentive gentleman. He made sure we were served in a timely manner. I had the chicken lettuce wraps for a appetizer and the beef and broccoli with fried rice for my main course. The mixture was a nice size portion and the seasoning blended well with the lettuce and hoisin sauce. My beef was cooked well done how I like it and even though it was smothered in brown sauce I can STILL feel the texture of the char and crunchiness through the sauce which made my toes curl. My dish wasn't over saucy and it had the right balance of meat and broccoli. My Riesling wine was crisp and strong. It's wasn't crowded at all inside so we were in and out. The air was on too high which made the food get cold fast so my last bite wasn't as svelt as the first one BUT that is my only complaint. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and I will be back soon!
We tried their Singapore (street style) noodles and Mongolian Beef for take out. Service (from phone call order to pick up) was excellent. Food was good. Gave generous rice portion with Mongolian Beef, but we would have preferred more beef?. Singapore noodles were good, but would have preferred sautéed meats (chicken, shrimp etc) instead of fried, and small pork strips would have been welcome in there too.?Overall good experience and will try their other dishes in future.
Great service. There was no wait when we arrive. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and provide exceptional service. The food was great. I would recommend and come here again. Thank you P.F. Chang's
Kung Pao brussel sprouts were delicious!Tofu lettuce wraps were okay, not too much flavor.Randy, our waiter was excellent and very helpful. The host was the exact opposite... She had a horrible attitude as she welcomed us and sat us at our table, definitely a horrible start to the evening, but Randy quickly turned that around.
Based on name/brand, it's hyped...food is not that good and not the worth money spent.its semi expensive and not a good returns on your investment. No doubt customer service is good but what's the point of have good service when overall food is average considering the brand. Anyways, this is my personal view.
Good, drinks and service was excellent.
