Nice Indian ice cream parlor. All flavors are nice. Faluda kulfi is the best. Must try. We tried. Butterscotch, mango, lychee, guava, thandai so far. All if them are too good. The best thing about this place is it’s open late on weekends so after dinner anyone can come here and enjoy dessert. So good. Quick service even though there’s a line for placing an order. No place to sit inside. Take the ice cream and enjoy it outside. It has nice Indian feel ?
Great place for Indian ice creams! Had falooda kulfi (5 star) and casatta ice cream(3 star)Kulfi falooda is must try here and many more flavours available.
This is a great place to get some real Indian ice-cream. They have flavors that are common in India. Their menu is a bit confusing when it comes to the falooda drink. I'd expect falooda to be topped with ice-cream of your choice but it looked like that is not an option which is disappointing. If you are taking two scoops in one cup it'll be layered one on top of another. If you want it properly placed side by side you can go for their waffle plates instead. Also this place is takeout only currently. This place requires you to wear a mask to enter so please do so. It is really annoying when every one is in a mask and there're a couple of customers that are not obliging to their request.Ambience: GoodProcess: Get in queue to make your order. Collect your ice cream and pay at the end of the line at the cashiers counter. They do not accept tips via card.Quantity: GenerousParking: AmpleTimes visited: 1
I am not a vegetarian but this ice cream is so good. There’s no wait, staff’s kind enough to give us some time while choosing flavors we want.
Absolutely amazing are the layers of strawberry mango cream and walnut crisps topped with whipped cream and cherry. I visit from the east bay every month with whole family to taste this out of the world delicacy.Tried the same item in the Fremont location, but the skills of the mixing and proportions is just perfect here. So many thanks for all the moments of childhood relived. Wish you the very best and success in this tough time.
Cute little store serving Indian inspired flavours to cater to the childhood nostalgia of the desi techies occupying Silicon Valley. I thought it was simply okay.We had the cassata and rajbhog flavours. I thought they were not very fresh. Maybe I got an old batch. But happy to go back and try some new flavours.Update - tried their paan and chikoo flavors. Very authentic but chikoo was better. Paan one tasted like saunf.
Loved the butterscotch ice cream not to mention rabdi ice cream too. You can mix different flavors as per your taste. Lives up to its name
Love Nirvanaah!. I especially love this location because you can come here after dinner at Wurstkuche and then head over to Pie Hole for dessert Round 2! ;)I usually end up getting the roasted strawberry and white chocolate. The space itself is huge but not much places to sit.
They carry a lot of nice Indian flavors including Seetaphal (custard apple), guava, kulfi etc. My favorite is Alphonso Mango. Consider ordering your next b'day cake here, they have very nice ice cream cakes with photo printing options.Down side is they don't take credit card for $10 or less, you will end up buying more than you need unless you have cash.
Highly recommend! A little pricey for ice cream ($18 for two two-scoop cones) but the flavors are AMAZING. They have standard flavors but also more interesting flavors like Ferrero Rocher, pomegranate, and saffron
