Tried Mountain Mike's in Sunnyvale for the first time after seeing promotions for a while and really wanted to like it. Not bad for a frozen pizza, but my food looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a hot light for hours (I ordered it only half an hour beforehand), and it was burnt and hard on top of that. As others have said, it's definitely a bit overpriced, but if you're in a bind/just need something to fill you up, it's not the end of the world. Maybe other locations are better.
Zero stars. They left the food on my porch. Didn't ring the bell, or knock on the door. No text, no email. Nothing. I opened my front door at the scheduled delivery time, and there was the pizza, cold as ice. Who knows how long it was sitting there. On top of that, the salad I ordered had rotten veggies. Then when I called to complain the person lied and said my garage door was open and he knocked on the door several times and rang the bell several times. Then he hung up on me. Avoid this place like the plague.

Order taken by Maycol. Waited over 15 minutes for a MINI pizza, literally the samalkest size they have on their menu--I rarely eat pizza or a lot of it. I'm the only customer in the restaurant for almost 20min. and there's at least 5 people working in the back. No one used gloves to prepare the order as I saw thr the door's window. As soon as I asked for a refund due to the length of time and to cancel the order, Maycol (name on receipt of person who assisted me since they don't wear name tags) ignored me and began helping two customers who just walked in after me eventhough I requested one before they approached the register. Even afterwards, I asked for the refund, he refused to take the receipt and disappeared in the back. He comes back and said manager is coming out here. A lady walks out from the back, speaks to him quietly then returns to the back. Then I said what happened, he said they're contacting a manager on the phone. I Saud you just told me a manager was coming out here right before the lady came. Another customer walks in and he tries to leave my situation and help them. I said I've been waiting here and you're continuing trying to help other people when all I want is a refund. It's been 30min + since I've been here, now. Then two more people come from the back and instead of them processing my refund receipt, which I used card to pay. They open up the register and grab a $10 bill and just hands it to me. It's not the amount I paid and they didn't even want to process my transaction correctly. They decided to prolong my refund because I canceled the order due to time. Never coming here again.
Easy to order custom pies online with the app. My take on the pie: smoky taste and a tougher than normal crust. Toppings are fine.

Costco pizza is better than at this store.. Their pizza is way expensive but quality is poor. I rather go to other pizzarea
The pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks are amazing. Ordered from here because it was closed to the hotel. Definitely worth it and will be back again when I’m in the South Bay. Overall, great food, fast service and amazing customer service.
I had a large order, 8 pizzas for an outdoor school gathering. Mountain Mike's delivered on time and the pizzas were delicious. The staff was also very friendly and professional when I called to ask questions and set up the order.Yes the pizzas are on the pricey side here, but we got delicious food and excellent customer service. Will order again soon!
