I came here with my family for the 4th of July brunch, and there were plenty of tables outside but the server lead us to the one far from the restaurant that has no parasol, so I asked to move to another table, and she shook her head for us asking to move to another table and talked about the table has different servers kind of things on the way going back to inside the restaurant. How unpleasant this is! I wanted to leave, but my husband didn’t want the fuss, so we stayed but I already lost my appetite. And right after the food was all served she brought the bill and put on our table. Our table was the only table that had the bill on the table with food just served. It was obvious that she wanted us to leave asap. She still asked things nicely but her attitude was saying differently. I love this place, and I hate to give a bad review but this happened and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future again.

Came here on a Sunday night for dinner. I liked the outdoor seating with a perfect view of the historic Murphy Ave arch and enjoyed singing by a live street performer. I came to this restaurant for the chicken and waffle. The chicken (wing, thigh, and breast) was hot and crispy when the dish arrived at the table, and the sweet smell coming from the waffle with powdered sugar put a big smile on my face. My friend had the crab cakes and pulled pork sliders served with brioche buns, which couldn't finished and packed it with the green bean tempura to go. It was a good satisfying meal.

I went for an early breakfast. Good food, generous portion sizes and friendly + attentive staff.I had the Chicken and Waffles - solid especially the waffle. I'll have to come back for dinner to try the ribs.Would recommend!

Excellent classic brunch place in downtown Sunnyvale with a number of great pescatarian and some vegetarian options. I loved the portion sizes, service was quick and friendly and wait times weren’t too high.Got the salmon Benedict eggs - two poached eggs served with a yellow hollandaise sauce and capers over a toasted English muffin with smoked salmon. You can choose to have it with either hash browns or potato wedges. The eggs were soft and runny and the muffin was perfect - not chewy or hard.My friend got the gyro athena girdle platter which has spicy lamb gyro strips (meat not halal) tossed with potatoes, bell peppers and some other vegetables and spices and served with two eggs Sunny side up on top. Very hearty and comes with two slices of crunchy fresh buttered toast. For dessert we had the French toast which came with a white rich butter and maple syrup. We also got their plain house coffee which came in nice white cups - American diner style. They give milk sachets with it.I liked that they gave iced water on the side - didn’t have to separately ask for it.Very popular place and I can see why it’s a neighborhood favorite.

It was good, service was a bit slow, food was edible, I'd come back.

Great in value, taste, menu selections! Definitely coming back! Ordered the pancakes (pretty good) country Benedict is phenomenal, husband had a burger and he loved it, fries and harsh browns are outstanding and some the best I've tried! Good service, nice atmosphere, can't wait to try more!

We had a Veggie Egg Benedict, and it’s a must try. Place can easily seat about 50.Definitely recommended

I went to brunch with my pregnant friend. I love this place where I've been for the first time, so I'm going to go again soon.We chose Nutella Toast and Crab Benedict for brunch, which is a menu that you have to eat twice or three times ?We ate at the outdoor table, the weather was nice, the guests had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were nice.A friend with me said that this feels exactly like America and liked it so much that I felt so good when I chose this place. The price range was not expensive, and the taste was excellent.I want to hurry up and go eat again!

The best part is the fun staff. They had us laughing through brunch. The food is good. Drinkes are good. Love the bar ambience. All in all a good place to hangout with friends.

An update:We just had breakfast here on a Saturday. The service was unwelcoming at best. Short snappy answers to basic questions about menu items as if we are bothering her with our questions. Simple request to heat up dishes were turn down. Can't tell if the specific person was having a bad day but it was unacceptable nonetheless. Lowering my original rating from 4 to 2. Not sure if we will come here again.Original review from before:Trendy look and friendly staff. Good was good but not spectacular. There were a few files inside that bothered me though.
