Stopped here on the way home because my grandson was hungry. Ordered a 4 piece happy meal. Since I didn't want him to eat in the car, I kept the box closed until we got home. Opened the box. There were NO NUGGETS. Seriously??How the heck does that happen? Now I have a hungry, grumpy kid.You need better QC at this McDonald's.
Ordered a McDouble and burger tasted like fish. French fries are not fresh or hot.They charge more than another McDonald’s close by. New McDonald’s but this one sucks.
I used to love this McDonald’s but it’s changed.. burgers and fries are not fresh anymore and don’t have the same taste.. please make a good change before they do away with this McDonald’s
It’s weird how they keep messing up orders and sometimes forgetting stuff like fries/drinks/nuggets. Disappointed and not surprised. The way that the burgers/sandwiches are very sloppy looking too. The fries were mediocre sometimes. Either too salty or too soggy. I don’t know if I’m unlucky or not but majority of my fries were soggy/limped. They prob didn’t want to make another batch. At least they quick but I rather them take a little bit more time to be more careful
Went here to try the McPlant (it is not as good as their vegetarian burgers from the 90s with the fiour auces, and not as good as the vegan burger they had during the mad cow crisis. They also do not have salads. Despite there being a drive through you are asked to park up front and have the good delivered there.
There isn't a fast food company that can get your order right the first time anymore at all in California. We live in an era where people can't hear anything you are saying to them after 14 seconds. And then there is the problem that 90% of employees are mexican who don't bother to learn English so you can tell them what you want for them to understand anyway. I said "light ice" to two different employees. The second employee I said it too had the cup for my drink in her hand when I said it to her guess what I got. No ice. That mixed with McDonald's new and ruined flavor French fries that are so awful they taste like fake cardboard its to the point where McDonald's hasn't satisfied in years. And they canceled 24 hour breakfast. Truly a sad example of what a new McDonald's embodies and what you can expect from them for the future.
Why have someone that does not properly understand nor speak english taking orders at the drive thru I order oatmeal cookies passed them to my two-year-old daughter sitting in the back seat rewarding her because she has been doing so good potty training and she start coughing smh my daughter is allergic to chocolate the woman end up giving me chocolate ? chip cookies when I order oatmeal cookies
Food wise? It's McDonald's. However, the water tastes like it's from God's veins. Delicious, triple filtered, holy. wow

Always "parks" drive thru orders, even for a McDouble and a small fry! No matter how small the order, I always get "parked" -- sent around front. The problem, aside from being insulting and increasingly tedious, is that people use the 2 "mobile order" spaces whenever they want! They completely over-use the spaces and this means there's sometimes no place to park where it's obvious I'm waiting for a drive thru order.In the 30 seconds it takes to find a spot and pull in, the guy is already walking out with my order. So there was no reason to be parked in the first place.Y'all need to STOP PARKING SIMPLE ORDERS.
