One of the most popular South Indian breakfast places in the South Bay. Expect to be patience here as the wait times are astronomical and be ready to grab the open tables soon ?Personally idli and vada are better at other places but I do come here for a change, try out weekend specials like set dosa (you don’t get it at that many places)
First time tried here. Vada was delicious, crispy and perfectly made. Idlis we’re good too. Chutneys and Sambhar were very bland and with no flavor. Quantity was very less too. Imagine eating 3 idlis and 1 vada with small bowl of Sambhar and 2 spoons of Chutneys! Overall average, won’t recommend as my favorite place for idli vada.
Heart fulfilling! It's absolutely authentic and felt like home for every bite. People generally seem to order dosa here. But try their set dosa with vada curry. It's one of the traditional dishes and can't be found often. I loved their vada curry with a hint of mint flavour. It's a very small place and so seating is difficult. It's often crowded too. But there is a better chance of seating if you go here for dinner instead of breakfast.
Amazing South Indian food. Visited this place for Saturday brunch. Was packed with people. Took us some time to find a table but once the food was served, we relished every bite! Must visit for some simple soulful South Indian food.
We ordered Idli Vada, Rava Masala Dosa, Podi Dosa and Filter coffee. Rava Masala Dosa was best among all. Also the wait time is quite a lot since the seating is limited so plan it accordingly.
Dosas were good but very packed place. There are maybe 6 tables inside close together. You place your order and pay at the register but it doesn’t get placed until you find a table.
Authentic South Indian food. The idli and dosa varieties are amazing. We tried the specials peanut khara dosa. Sambar and chatni is really good. The pongal was okay, however lacked a bit of flavor. The filter coffee was up to the mark. Strongly recommend to dine in during non-peak hours due to limited seating inside. Suggestion to order a take out at this place and enjoy at home.
Great place to get authentic South Indian food. Terrific taste and affordable prices make this a great spot. Usually always packed, so plan accordingly.
Limited seating available so people mostly prefer takeout. I tried the paneer and the masala podi dosa. The dosa was perfectly crisp, went well with the sambar and chutney. The paneer dosa had paneer with sautéed veggies, they should introduce it with paneer masala.Loved the mini idlis as well.
Food was awesome and tasty, price was reasonable, especially Kara dosa with different type of chutneys was too good ,only one disadvantage is they give more preference to online orders second comes the dine -in, so if you live near by I would say you order and pick the food rather than dine-in as it take little longer than usual for the food to come .
