If you are in an INTERRACIAL Relationship, STAY AWAY from Sunnyvale/El Camino Real Location so you can avoid what I had to go through!!!!!Worst experience ever. I was so excited for the grand opening and was let down by the customer service! I was discriminated against by my own people when I came in with my significant other of another nationality!Anybody who came in before and after who just bought the Buy 2 get 1 free ice coffee promotion received their free gift bag with a baguette, meanwhile, we were over here with the biggest order( BIG TIME SUPPORTERS BTW) and had to ask the cashier if there is a free bag that can be given to us. His response was let me see if there's any left when his co-worker on the right side was giving them away so generously !!
Very bad service for a 1st day grand opening. My brother in law got discriminated. Eveyone around him got a free lees bag as a gift for the grand opening after a sandwich but he didn't get one. And the sandwich he ordered was very wrong. The cashier or the person that made him the sandwich was not very apologetic.
Would not recommend this place if your not Asian. Terrible service and hospitality. I wasn't given a free gift bag like everyone else before and after were given. When I asked why I wasn't given a bag I was told they ran out. As I waited for my order I saw the other cashier give another customer a gift bag. Needless to say I won't be coming back.
Prices for Vietnamese sandwiches are 30% higher than San Jose and quality not as good. Don't know if it's because Sunnyvale and Mountain View have higher taxes or what.For the same price you get fresher food from In and Out and comes with drink and fries. Just don't see value in Vietnamese sandwiches these days compared to other options. Plus adding tips and it's way over fast food options.
Decent Vietnamese pork sandwich on a crispy roll perfect for lunch with extra jalapenos and extra cilantro.
I WILL NOT GO to Lee's Sunnydale again, their Iced coffee was SPOILED. They didn't refrigerate their Iced coffee pitcher and there stuff floating at the top, their tip container was filthy. Not hospitable at all, very disappointed.
As much as I love Lee's Sandwiches, especially the mango smoothies, the Milpitas location is WAAYYYYY better than the Sunnyvale location. The sandwiches and the mango smoothies just don't taste the same and definitely aren't as good as the Milpitas location. If you're gonna go to Lee's do yourself a favor and trek to Milpitas, so much more with it.
The price is higher than other locations. I ordered 4 combination sandwiches but so bad, not cooked hot enough.
PleaseDONOT go over here for Lees sandwich. The price is dishonest and higher than others Lees store. But the food is awful. Serviced with cold bread and customer service was unprofessional. Speechless. Just do not support this lees store.
The worst lee's sandwich ever, most expensive and the rudest location. The sandwich was super hard and cold like they didn't toasted it at all. We have eaten lee's sandwich from the north Oregon to south California, but this is unacceptable.
