They never tip their delivery driver and prefer to outsource supply delivery to 3rd party platforms. You get what you pay for
I ordered vegan macarons here through DoorDash. The pickup was smooth and quick. The lady was polite and friendly. She was helpful in telling me where to order these macarons from outside of DoorDash, especially since there aren’t many vegan macarons around. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews, so I thought I would write about my positive experience today.
I tried this sometime now. I went to work now too. This is not a bad place. I hope they advertise now.
Excellent food. Had chicken tikka masala recommended by server Rafael who is very friendly and accomodating. Good price on lunch special on weekdays until 3 p.m. Parking is available in the back of the restaurant. Will be back again.
Great place. Delicious food. My first time having a Sushi burrito. The one I had was a California roll and shrimp tempura... yummy! I also had the wings. They were sweet, spicy and crunchy. The portion size are pretty big. I was able to share the other half with my husband. A side of fresh fruit and a cookie. A nice surprise. I will be returning to this place... it's a must try. I'll have to try a few more dishes in this place before I can give it the full five stars but so far so good!
Unprofessional store I was in that store today and the person who attended me was rude and yelled at me and it was the worst and I felt super supremely bad. 08-31_2020
I’ve only ordered through Grubhub. Huge menu and everyone can find something they like. My favorite is the kopepot crunch burrito.
Unprofessional merchant in the kopepot....They will not treat the customers well. I don’t even give 1 star for the behavior of the merchant....if their is -(minus) star I will go with it...Be good with customers
Behavior with the customers on phone and delivery with doordash is very slow....Early they marked it as food is ready. After reaching to the restaurant they gave the order after 40min. Customers are not satisfied with the service made by Kopepot. Hire some professional manager and employess
Worst sevice and the way of talking to customers very rude indiscipline the lady in the front I recommend not to go this restaurant
