This is the worst KFC place I’ve ever had. I have tried all stores in many places for more than 40 years. Unprofessional staff, really bad service manners. I ordered 8 pieces meal with mash potatoes and Cole Slaw. When I got home , the mash potatoes and the Cole Slaw only half full . I really don’t know how they can do their business in this way
Unprofessional staff. The restaurant is open till 10pm walk in, but they don’t allow walk in. They should change their timing.
$17 for a Gordita, Burrito and 2 tacos wow prices have gone up.
You guys need to change this and put 9:30 am because its when you open i take my lunch at 9:20 am and i come here thinking i am going to get food and nope it does not open til 9:30 so i wait 10 min and then i get to the the speaker ask for a sandwich and you guys says its a 6 min wait for my food because you guys dont have the chicken wow and iam still waiting here and 9 min have passed so now i only have 5 min to eat my lunch
Too greasy chicken, worst Kentucky in San Jose area, that food gave me diarrhea, very rude cashier!?
There pricing the food more then it normally is for a bucket of 8 peices there pricing 40 dollars and thats not ok sum1 needs to talk to they manager.
Good to have a drive-thru to order. This being a bit away from a nearby one; I noticed the chicken pieces were not regular(oddly smaller than they should be). Also, I have to note:for some reason the car behind me(1passenger and Asian male) only pretended to order or buy something. I'm not sure what that is about BUT I've noticed this sort or contemptuous questionabILITY perhaps to make more work in survey/monitor sorts. I'm not sure about what that's about.
Literally the rudest service I have ever gotten...they wouldn't even allow me to look at the menu...I order and canceled it right away
I was there 20 minutes before closing, the lady who took the order with a bad attitude from the beginning.then we went back to buy something else and not even the so-called manager wanted to sell us more food saying kfc closes first than taco bell. Lacking 12 minutes to close.the food is good but they definitely don't seem to have happy employees who can complete their tasks properly
Why cant you guys open at the time that it says on your window or website it says open at 9 and yet i go around 2 times in drive thru and no one answers even tho i see people inside til 930 is when they answer. Not just that but never ask if i want any sauce i got the popcorn nuggets and did not ask if i want any sauce after they bring me my food to the parking space 3 and i ask for sauce the lady tells me to go thru the drive thru again so i can ask for the sauce because she said if i don't ask for them in the drive thru they cant give it to me. Then i go to the drive thru to ask for bbq and ranch and the gave me one and one like i got popcorn chicken and chicken i like with sauce and then i get to where i was going and didn't even put any ketchup nor butter for my biscuit. Great thanks a lot..
