Honestly just a bad experience overall. I informed them before anything that I’m a vegetarian and I’d like everything to be clean.The employee changed their gloves and got a new knife, but thats it. I asked for the veggies to be from the back instead of the veggies that are in the front that were contaminated with meat. They refused and told me that they already put new gloves.I understand that it might be a hassle for them, but I was very reasonable with them, I thanked them constantly, but they just don’t want to work.
Sandwich prep person would not put on a mask before making my order when I nicely requested. No longer going to shop here.

This location is my go to every Monday for dinner with my kids. The location is clean, and well maintained. Parking is always available, and never an issue. Staff is friendly, hard working, and do their best to make it a good experience for you. They know my kids and my order by heart now so right when we walk in they are already making it or start on it ASAP.They are accommodating for all types of diets, sensitivities, and allergies. I get the giant #14 wrap with no cheese, Mike's Way with extra tomatoes, lettuce to make it burrito like, and light sauce. Such a great Vegan option.A solid sandwich shop with a lot of options for all types. Give them a try and don't forget to sign up for their points program to get free sandwiches.

I like their Italian Sub, good selection of cured meats and done with the vinegar, oil, and spices. Today specifically, the Sunnyvale shop rocked it out they were fulfilling pick up or door dash orders and as a walk in, they put my order to the top of the list and I was out of their in a flash. They weren't messing around, straight to the sandwich business. I appreciated it.
