1 star because of the unreasonable long waiting for my takeout order. In their ordering system, it said 20-30mins. I checked with the restaurant 2-3 times during a 40mins time period after the initial 30mins waiting. The guy in the front just didn’t give honesty estimations and kept me waiting.Waiting one and a half hour in your apartment is one thing. Waiting one and a half in cold weather not knowing when your order will be ready is totally unacceptable.
We got the maoxuewang and cucumber, both were yummy with decent portions. This was more than enough for two people, we'll probably make noodles with the broth at home later.
Very nice staff, they served us a free dish in the last day of 2021.Highly recommend the griddle cooked pork rib!

I ordered the vegetable pot (via doordash). The taste was good,but I found a small roach later!! I’m worried about their sanitary situation…(Edit:) I ordered on 9/9/2021, at lunch time. Thank the owner for taking care of my comments.
Hands down best dry pot in the south bay! Best combo based off my experience is spicy, spicy, beef, pork feet (extra pork feet), lotus root, cauliflower, and broccoli.
I never wrote one of these before but I had to write this one. I actually loved this place before today. We had Griddle beef pot and a humongous plastic wrapping paper came out. I can’t believe the cook missed a size this big. Their sanitary situation is questionable.
Food quality worse than before. Size is also smaller than before.
The portion size was commendable, but the cost was really high. Also the food was very salty. If there had been a reduction in the amount of salt, I think it would have been a lot more enjoyable.Also, the menu was quite difficult to figure out. The Google listing for the place indicated they were open for dine-in, but when we got there they were actually only open for takeaway and delivery.Our order (picture attached) was more than sufficient (too much in fact) for 5 people.
