Decent spot for takeout! The Com Bo Luc Lac was pretty flavorful, lots of sauce too. Juicy! The meat-to-rice ratio was a bit off. So much tomato rice! Not enough filet mignon. For $14.50, it's a bit pricey for the portions. However, the quality of the food was great. Overall, I would get this again. Just wish there was more beef for the price.
Rude girl with highlighted hair. I told her that I had a pick up order and she didn't understand me and blamed it on me. Used to come here often but now no. Get your attitude checked. This isn't the first time I've noticed this about this person and my wife who speaks Vietnamese heard her talking rude before about others in a previous dining experience.
I was looking forward to this place but it's a average Vietnamese restaurant with a large menu and space. they give tons of meat and vegetables which is a huge plus! but it is seriously lacking in that Vietnamese sauce flavor so tastes pretty bland. and I'd have to agree with the others that the ladies that work here are super rude, they don't even let you sit by the window. this is a restaurant not a jail cell
I just went in to order take out and as soon as I walked in the lady at the counter told me they were closed. I said I thought you closed at 9 and she said no orders after 845 even for take out. I got back in my car to see that it was only 840. I almost mentioned the time except with service like that I'm sure they'd do something to my food! I was so excited to eat there. What a disappointment. I won't be coming back. There are plenty of pho houses around here that actually want my money. BOOOO!!!!!
I have eaten at other House of Pho’s in San Jose and the one thing that is always consistent is the fast service and food is always delicious. This was my first time at the Sunnyvale restaurant and it has plenty of parking, and the restaurant is a good size and spacious. Lots of space between the tables. Our order was taken and we were served in a timely manner. I will be back.
I've come here a couple times before without issue but today they seemed rude and there's a lot of foreign substance on my smoothie. It was very apparent that the placed a dirty lid on my smoothie.
Pho was good! This is my go to spot whenever I want pho, and the prices are reasonable. Also had their special clay pot rice (#77) which is very good as well!

I'm so impressed at the consistency of this place. It is just lovely, The staff is kind and very fast service. The portions are just great and so is the taste. Im able to maximize my 30 minute lunch break here! HOUSE OF PHO is the PLACE TO GO!
This place is our favorite Pho place. It is clean, staff are friendly and attentive. Prices are great, quality of food is spectacular and quantity as well. So thankful I found this place. I have been to a few other Pho places in Sunnyvale and this one is the BEST!
