Really enjoyed the food here! It was cool to choose exactly what you wanted and seeing them making your food right in front of you. I had the chicken shawarma in the pita, and it was delicious; I especially liked the hummus inside the pita. The fries were nice and crispy, but they got dry and hard a little too quickly, which is my only gripe. The staff were excellent and served us quickly.
Genuinely good food, friendly staff. Except it to be crowded but we got place to sit in about 10 minutes of ordering. A lot of vegetarian, vegan and meat options :)It would be great if they can also focus on sustainability by providing dine in food in plates or compostable packages, and work to setup compost collection.
Absolutely love this spot. When just visiting the area - first choice for food! Delicious Israeli Cuisine prepared freshly and pita bread is just beyond… please open another spot on East Coast!
Tried the chicken shawarma hummus plate, falafel sandwich and fries. EVERYTHING lacked salt! But the clincher was that the fries literally had NO salt.
One of my friends had ordered food for a party and I absolutely relished it then. I gave it another try and went to this place on a Sunday. The place wasn't too crowded but it wasn't empty either.Hands down, they are authentically Mediterranean and quantity of the food is great as well. Their kebabs are a must try!
Amazing middle Eastern food. Had the kebab plate, very generous with the portion size and everything was good. The hummus was also very creamy and smooth and very fragrant. The kebab had a nice chat on the outside with a nice crust while the inside was juicy and tender. The sides were also extremely fresh and tasty. Definitely going back again to try other dishes.
Ordered from DoorDash. Food is ao cold like it is right out of the refrigerator. The veggies were so so cold. The hummus was cold and the baba ghanoush too. Food tastes so bland and cold. No rice and pita delivered. Don’t know how this place expects the customer to eat hummus without pita bread. Never ordering from here.
I love their texture of falafel. Crispy outside and soft inside.Ordered falafel salad for dinner, it was delicious and worth the price.
This is must stop for me when driving through Sunnyvale. My oldest son had volunteered for a Penninsula Food Gather's pick up at the Sunnyvale Farmer's Market. When he said Sunnyvale, I said I was in if we could go to Falafel Stop.IMO, this is the best falafel place in the western US and reminds me of the great Falafel shops of Paris. Simply delicious with tasty balls straight from the fryer. The grandson's approved the fries.Funny, I've never had a shwarma here and may never. Enjoy.
Love the falafel salad and falafel sandwich from here. They make the best falafels and fresh pita bread. If you’re a vegetarian and don’t eat eggs, make sure you don’t include baba ganoush in falafel salad as they add egg in it. They have ample seating both inside and outdoor.
