This location was not honoring the 2 medium 2 topping pizza for 5.99. This happened for both online and over the phone delivery. While some upcharges are understandable (a dollar extra for a premium topping), after we made two medium pizzas, the total was about thirty dollars. The person I spoke to indicated this is because non-standard sauces count as a 3rd topping making the coupon no longer apply. At a different nearby location we were able to make the order for about $17 dollars.
Ordered veggie pizza and stuffed cheese bread for delivery from here. Pizza was not baked correctly and tasted bad. Stuffed cheese bread felt like chunks of cheese on top of bread.
Ordered a pizza with pepperoni on the entire pizza, half olives and half pineapple. Pizza came with literally no pepperoni. Called them and said they couldn't give me a refund that I'd need to contact customer service and so i went to the customer service link.... they offered me a discount on the next purchase or a free pizza and when clicking on the site option of" not wanting either option" , it took me back to the main menu.....so i didn't end up getting anything.This place is a really terrible place to order pizza from. Will be the last time I do so , you're better off ordering from Little Cesar's then here lol this place is a joke
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Extremely rude people and bad customer service. App says pickup is ready and it never is. After you come for pick up they start making your order. This is not my 1st time having to wait like this. They should just shut down this location.
Very poor service. ordered from there just picked up and food likes like crazy. pizza not cut. parm bites have no parm and liquid dripping out of bottom of Box. there's a puddle of liquid in bottom of Box. Called up to complain and got for a guy! why do you want us to remake it. then hung up on me. Will not go back there. I picked up to eat on my lunch break. now I'm at work and have nothing to eat. Thanks! Stay away from there...
Do Not order delivery from this location. They said my pizza was delivered on the pizza tracker but I never got it. And now I've been waiting 33 minutes on hold trying to get in contact with the store and they aren't answering. This is the worst service I've ever had in my life.
The guy on the left named Fabio(frank) should not work there. Not friendly and made me wait 20 minutes even though app shows it is ready. Whenever I asked he just told me to go outside.

My carryout order is delivered 20 mins late. The staff is so rude on just questioning why it is late . Very bad behavior by the guy at the counter. Pizza is not baked properly. Garlic Parmesan Chicken wings were not cooked properly.Initially when I say the order number on entering , he will ask what is your name and asks me to check on the screen for my name and come after 10 mins . Even after coming 10 mins later as told my takeway food was delivered 15 mins late. Totally disappointed ☹️ with the behavior and no apologies from the staff.I will request Dominos customers to avoid this store and prefer Cabrillo, Santa Clara than this store.
