Nice bengali store with good stock. Fish bought here can be asked to have it's scales removed and cut as required. Quality was better than expected.
Poor quality and bad service - we had to wait over 1 hour for the food, when we were told it would take 15 min. The food quality was very ordinary
Pathetic service - non professional people - never order from here again.We were a group of 10 people and we explicitly asked uncle about the preparation time of the meals before ordering because we did not want to wait for a long time.The uncle smiled and said that the food will be ready in 15 mins and we ended up waiting for more than an hour!!!!!!!
We ordered food for pick up and were told it will take 5-10 mins. But the wait was much much longer. We got the food after more than an hour. The service was pathetic
Never order food at this place!!! The first question we asked was 'how much time will it take' and they said 10-15mins. We've been waiting for an hour and still no food in sight!!! Do not lie just to get business!!!
You can find all types of fish here. $2 cleaning fee for whole fish. Chicken / goat is also good. Try their Misti Doi (Bagurar Khirsa Doi) not that Putul Brand doi.

Best place for desi fish and fresh meat in Bay Area. Excellent stock of desi food, sweets and spices. All items are reasonably priced. We also do catering from here and food is delicious and they always maintain a great balance of spices. Owners and store associates are very friendly and courteous. Every time we visit, we find the store clean, well-organized and well-stocked. This is our To-Go place for regular grocery and catering needs.
Best place to get most of the Bengali fishes. I usually visit there to get Bengali fishes, sometimes for goat meat and other vegetables as well. However the vegetables stocks are not as great as other Indian stores. But you must visit there for any kind of fresh water fishes as well as you can get fresh goat meat/chicken there.Along with that you should taste their restaurants foods as well, I love their goat/chicken biriyani most.
