There’s this really amazing employee there I think her name was destany she’s super friendly and made my experience there the best
Cold stone is still the plane to go for ice cream. There small size (like it) always seems more than usual. But the location is calm and relaxing. Not crowded. There are small ledges on the outside of the store to sit. Store is small and no place to sit currently but it's homely. Staff is friendly. They also do online orders and in-store pick up.The location is set in a plaza so there's some other eateries that you can go to before or after Cold Stone.
Amazing Place , Loved the ice cream. Highly Recommend it !
Assistant manager (CJ) is phenomenal. Great customer service every time , spends time taking care of my order to make sure it's to my liking.
Not sure why the ice cream tasted different. Great people though
The employee gave me a waffle cone that has been sitting on display. The waffle cone was more significant than the amount of ice cream served. I asked for banana cream pie flavor, and the employee didn't know the ingredients. Co-workers watched as their co-workers struggled to help me. The employee dumped cinnamon on my ice cream; it overpowered the ice cream. The employee spent so much time looking for the ingredients and waffle cone. By time it was time to serve me my ice cream, it melted. What was bothersome is that co-workers watched as their coworkers struggled. They didn't even care if the customer's order was correct.
Fun place to take the kids to get ice cream. It's especially fun for the kids when they get to mix up their favorite flavors!
I took my Granddaughter here twice, the ice cream was tasty. Both times the ice cream was soft and almost melting. Need to do something about this….. Staff was friendly
This particular store unfortunately does not reflect the greatness of Coldstone Creamery. This location is dirty inside as well as on the counters. Toppings are disorderly and mislabeled. The room runs very hot, so it doesn't feel pleasant to stand around and wait. Also the ice creams were super soft...which was unappealing knowing it was going to get even softer in the signature Coldstone process. Sadly I will not return there.
Great dessert spot if you got a ice cream craving. Can get busy on warm summer nights, friendly staff and all smiles after you get your sugar fix.
