I discovered this Chun Yang Tea while searching for a boba spot in the area while hanging out with the foodie crew...yes I have one. ;-) The place was not crowded, a good amount of parking was available in the garage...no issues there. It also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year so far at around 102°F...Yuck. Definitely glad to be here on this scorcher of a day. The inside was cool, clean with a organized and minimalist vibe to it. Menu is clear and easy to understand. The staff is helpful, fast and efficient.~ Honey Osmanthus Oolong Tea w/boba - 5/5I ordered this one with 50% sugar..my mistake. IMHO a lot of boba places make their drinks on the sweeter side...like normal levels of sweetness are just sugar bombs. Not the case here, at 50% I thought it actually needed more sugar...now I know. Good flavor and the boba was perfect.I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Love the honey osmanthus oolong tea! Would prefer 30% sugar for a tea taste. Hojicha latte is too bland if you prefer stronger tea flavor.

Drove here on a Tuesday evening, and there were about 6-7 peeps in front of me before I could order. So be prepared to wait for your drink (and a spot in the adjacent building’s parking lot). They have a decently sized menu with some interesting options to order from. I went the Purple Rice drink since I had never had it before. It was like having a rice pudding, but soylent style lmao. The milk was rich, the pudding was luscious, and the rice- was rice, comforting!Their service was kinda slow, and the prices were quite steep. So I won’t be a regular here anytime soon. But yeah, if you are in the vicinity, this place is a fine choice.8/10 would go back again!

Tips: Street parking is limited since the tea shop is located on the first floor of the apartment complex. There are a few spaces reserved for guests and future residents but it is always packed. Drive past the reserved area (through the garage and out) and park in the back of the complex. There are plenty of spaces there.Menu: Tea selections consist of original tea, fresh milk, fruit tea, traditional tea, and cheese macchiato Only a few selections of toppings - Boba, aiyu, pudding, grass jelly, red bean, oatmeal and cheese foam.Taste: We order a few drinks under the fresh fruit section. Passion fruit green tea came with generous amounts of fresh passion fruit seeds and Aiyu jelly. Honey Lemon Oolong tea is packed with the bold flavor of Oolong tea but it is still a bit too sweet even at 30% sugar.Price: The beverage cost roughly $6 per drink for a medium size and some at $7 for a large. Each topping is $1.00 to $1.50.Overall, the shop offers premium tea drinks with modern decor and Instagram-worthy photo opportunities. However, I won't make a special trip out there unless I was hitting costco across the street and was in need of keeping up my boba tea lifestyle. The drinks are a bit over priced in my opinion especially when there are similar tea shops in the area.

I recommend this boba shop! A nice modern interior to chill with a friend or go on a date. The manager was also really friendly! Very nice customer service.+ Oolong Tea Latte: Pretty fragrant tea flavor! It is more on the milky side though. Definitely more milk than tea. I recommend getting this with boba.+ Brown Sugar Pearl with Fresh Milk: I wanted to try this since it was surprisingly in their top 5 menu. I've been trying to stay away from caffeine, and this surpringly was pretty good. The boba has a very concentrated brown sugar flavor, and the milk definitely highlights how their boba is good quality.I definitely will come back to try their fruity oolong teas! Those definitely caught my eye for future visits.

I tried all the milk options (without caffeine), the brown sugar boba milk and purple rice milk are my favorite. The taro in taro milk is not soft so I don't enjoy it much. The boba and glass jelly add-ons are highly recommended! The popular milk teas - pineapple oolong tea, hojicha latta also taste good, especially with my added glass jelly.

First time trying 7 different drinks from this spot. Loved their refreshing drinks. I personally would recommend the pudding tea latte. Make sure to try yours when you get a chance.

We ordered from here on two separate occasions so far and had an exceptional experience. The flavors we've tried so far have been extremely refreshing, contains real fruit and made fresh. The person at the store is extremely friendly and welcoming. Order is always ready on time, typically within 7 minutes.Time of visit: AfternoonsQuantity: GenerousParking: You can park in the space allocated for shops in the garage. If you are traveling with a companion you could just stop in the neighboring loading area for 60 seconds enough for your mate to go get the drinks.Times visited: 2 (Waiting to re visit)

I came here twice to try it out but I don't think I will come back again.I ordered the mountain tea with cheese foam 芝士奶蓋四季青茶 & oatmeal (oolong) tea latte with red bean 燕麥鮮奶茶加紅豆 (both 30% sugar and no ice) the first time. Their tea is very very light that I almost couldn't taste the tea flavor in both drinks. They also didn't rinse the oatmeal after cooking so there's this "slippery" feeling while drinking the oatmeal tea latte. The salty flavor is missing in the cheese foam. It tastes more like milk foam instead. The 2nd time I ordered the hojicha latte with boba 熟韻焙茶鮮奶 (30% sugar and no ice). I asked if I need to choose between black and oolong tea but they said this is made with oolong tea. So here it is, in the picture. The boba is fine, a little chewy but not super outstanding. The tea itself is... As you can see there are 2 colors. There's a powdery feeling while drinking. It feels like it's made with tea powder or something.... And same as last time, I can't really taste hojicha in this. So both experiences were pretty disappointing.Anyway, if you like tea and know about tea, I don't think this place is for you.

Very unique tea, I went their soft opening two weeks ago and very tasty
