This chicken bowl is $13 and is a joke. The amount of food is significantly less than usual. When I asked and was told they used to give two scoops of rice but starting from today (May 9th, 2022) they can only give one scoop. I don’t know if this is true?Besides, they didn’t put my mobile order in the right shelf based on my last name and it made me wait longer.
I gave two stars for the food.My teenage son loves chipotle. He ordered through the app today and literally it was 1/4 th of the things inside the bowl. And when we went back and my son asked the manager, after 5 minutes he told my son to go get more. And the girl in the counter was the rudest. She was so loud to my son and then she slide the bowl near the cash register and told my son take it. Seriously you rude girl. And then I asked her can you give him the lid she rolled her eyes and throw the lid. Excuse me do you own Chipotle? Calm down girl.I see so many similar reviews here. We should do something definitely and do not want people/employees like this behavior in this stressful time.
####### BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE######This is the worst chipotle as everyone said. I went here today (04/08/2022) to pick up my online order. Ordered food at 11.30am and pickup time was 12pm. I reached there at 12.30 pm and still my order is not ready. I enquired to the person at the billing counter. The person was very rude and has no manners or atleast say a sorry for the delay. Food also not good at this location. The quantity was less compared to other locations. Never recommend this location and if possible avoid otherwise they will spoil your entire day!!
Their beans are really good! The rice is clumpy and cold. The Barbacoa is good, when it's fresh. The salsa corn is good. The sour cream is not good. The avocado is waaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced but it's the only guacamole I can eat. The salad is bitter. They use the same gloves to clean off the counter with their hands , handle wheat based food and then handle the salad.
Excellent food, I didn't face any delay in service - could be due to I went there in a off-time.Decent portion size & taste.PS: Not a very frequent user of this Chipotle.
Made the mistake of coming here today on a holiday at 3pm. Not sure if the employees were upset they had to work or if this was a scab team. I ordered my normal order of a bowl which had a double portion of chicken (ended up weighing 3.6oz instead of 8oz), they gave me four (4) bell peppers total, they were unable to figure out how to accept my BOGO coupon so they tried charging me $32 for two bowls then had me order it online and then wanted to charge me another $13 for the "extra" toppings later. I finally got out of here with my food close to 30 minutes from being first in line. The person in charge was so unprofessional I felt like I was at a flea market haggling for my food when there were prices behind her. Every other Chipotle has itself figured out, not sure why this one is so trashy. It's in a decent part of town. Maybe that "person in charge" needs training or to find a new job that is not client-facing. Restocking the napkins might be her strong suite.
They took a bad experience and made it worse. We were traveling and visiting our family. The only item on the menu that our granddaughter would eat is quesadilla, but no sides. I have ordered it that way in Los Angeles and assumed I could do the same here. They were going to charge me $8.90 for 2 little quesadillas and force me to buy the sides as a meal when it was going to go to waste. We were in a real quandary because we couldn't not feed our granddaughter. It took forever for the manager to come out and meanwhile the line backed up behind us. The manager was horrible. It made me very sad because I like Chipotle and have had mostly good experiences at other locations. I will not be going back to this one.
This is my weekly treat. A healthy alternative to many fast food options. The line can be a little crazy sometimes, but I'll wait all the same. The chips have a unique lime and salt flavor that has me obsessed. Customizable bowls, burritos, and more. Great options for people with dietary restrictions.
Is this a joke. Ordered a bowl to go with “extra” rice, lettuce, fajita. Half steak half barbacoa. Have like 3 pieces of steak. Make sure you check your to go orders. My last three orders have been this way. I’m going to check from now on. Pathetic.
Ordered a sofrita bowl. It had maybe a tablespoon of sofritas and then 90% of it was tomatoes. One of the 3 pieces of lettuce had visible dirt on it. This cost $13? Just a waste. I get that you are short staffed right now but this is beyond disappointing.
