First of all, my review is for the sandwich and the Carl's Jr. franchise. The customer service I received was immaculate, considering that it was very late at night (around 3 AM I believe?)Anyway, I was so surprised to see the prices at this location. They are more expensive than the average Carl's Jr. I can understand due to inflation and supply chain issues, but $13 for a "Bacon Beast" Burger was not worth. At $17 for fries and a drink we were approaching $20 combos for one.It was severely lacking in bacon or beastliness anyway (see photos). I did not even get a drink because it was such a rip off, but I was desperate and it was late so I settled on a pretty mediocre meal.Nationwide chains like McDonalds have had more consistent prices and better menus. This is just straight up greed. Y'all need to improve and pare down your menu.I hope you pay the very patient and kind customer service lady well with all those outrageous prices. Not going to be a late night option next time (McDonalds will come in clutch for my 24/7 cravings).
This particular store is more expensive than other ones. 5 pc chickens tender is over $10 while other stores are selling for $7.99. The new hot honey Chicken sandwich is over $11 with tax. And the taste is not good either.
Both times that I have been here, the staff have been super nice, the food fresh and hot. Even though Carl's Jr is more expensive than other fast-food restaurants, the quality is commiserate.
Service was pretty bad and the sandwiches looked like someone punched them this location compared to others is very poor.

The burger ? was good. The fries were cold.I could barely make it up the curb in front without falling, it was close. The handicap ramp is really far from the handicap parking spotI had a stroke and it's very hard to get up and down curbsTheirs is higher than normal.
