Worst place to have any drink. Worst business. Worst customer service. I generally don’t write such harsh words but my patience was tested today. I went there with a friend today. This was my first time at this place. I wanted to order Mango Dazzle. I asked the lady at the counter if she could tell me about ingredients of this smoothie. She said I don’t know. I asked again, if it’s possible to get that without sugar. I was just done detoxing and sugar makes me sick. She redirected to the tablet where I selected “No Sugar” and “Almond milk”. My Mango drink very clearly had sugar. It was very sugary and I could totally taste it. I still didn’t say anything. After a few sips, I saw a black bug in my drink. I immediately took it back to the lady. She argued with me that she can’t see the bug and tried to stir my drink to hide the bug. Luckily it came on top again. I also asked about added sugar, she lied again that no sugar was added. She said if I want to exchange my drink. I was disgusted already and wanted to leave. I said NO to another drink and asked her to keep my drink. She said a firm NO that she can’t take the drink back and can’t issue refund. I was out of my patience and mentioned I need to complain about the bug in the drink!! She then ANGRILY stared at me for the next one minute. We were just staring at each other for one full minute. She looked super angry. In the same angry attitude, she turned and did something at her register and gave me a receipt saying take your refund. Not sure if someone ever taught her anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE, specially when a bug appeared in my drink. She lied about sugar too. Here I am, sitting at my couch with upset and aching stomach. Imagine how serious she would be about something people are allergic to. Consider my one star towards the cool interior they had. But negative stars for their drink and the angry employee. Needless to say I am never going back there again!!!
My sons review: I used to really enjoy coming here as they had 2 free toppings with every drink and there was great service. Now the prices are very high and the topping prices are raised too. I ordered the Mangonada smoothie and was severely disappointed. All drinks on the menu have their name and a few have a picture too. The mango nada had a picture, but from looking at it you can not even tell that it’s a very spicy drink. There is no description or indicator that this drink has literal pepper seeds in it. I find it upsetting that they couldn’t even take the time to say that a drink called the mangonada that looks like a mango drink with a few other fruits mixed in however I took one sip and got blasted with spicyness. I’m not coming here again.
They don't really honor customer's customization request !We had selected our milk tea with 25% sugar and very less ice. But it was so sugary and icy that I couldn't even take the second sip. I had to discard the remaining.The automated ordering process is cumbersome, so you don't see anyone to even give your feedback.The ambiance and internal decoration is the only good thing !
Must try! Got the avocado mash drink and lychee mochi ice cream. Both really tasty! Avocoda drink was perfect, really creamy and just the right amount of sweet.
Every time I went here they always mixed old Boba pearls with some new ones
It was my first time trying this place. The drink was really good, I like to try other drinks. They have many different selections...the only thing that's not good is the parking in the back because it gets crowded.

They’ve moved to an automated ordering system inside the cafe which is quite cumbersome to use and takes more time. Drinks are good but expensive. Have tried the boba teas and vietnamese coffee both are great but wish the quantity of toppings were more for that price.
