If they say an hour just wait 20-25minutes and a table will open up. Best Pasta in Studio City, almost magical in it's flavor profiles.
best Italian spot in LA! on par with the pasta I ate in Italy, highly recommend. my server Jack was extremely kind and attentive. definitely coming back :)

Food was good but everything else was so so. Parking was tricky and no validation. When they say they specialize in pasta it's JUST pasta.No bread, no coffee service and limited so so wine selection.
Wow. This place hits every button on the money. Andrea was our server…hustling like a champion. It’s worth the wait people. The food is absolutely incredible. We had the white truffle tasting course and ordered the beef tartare. Not a single thing we ordered could be considered anything less than perfect (and we were in Tuscany this October for white truffle season). This place is great. The price is on point, the quality of ingredients…perfection and everyone working there was hustling with the highest form of hospitality in mind. Cheers to Andrea and everyone else werkn they’re arses off!
New spot but Absolutely amazing! The focus is truly on the pasta so don't go looking for bread and a wide selection of salads and sides. It is reasonably priced and worth it. Service was great... server Jack was funny and attentive. The portions are such that if you order the tasting menu and are with a friend, you will be satisfied. Or... just order a bunch of pastas and share. I will return and try more off the menu. Highly recommend! Oh and Go Early. Not yet taking reservations
Nice moody and intimate vibes inside. The aesthetic of the restaurant takes your eye to focus on the open kitchen from which pasta goodness will come out of.The pasta at Uovo is so fresh and had a good al dente bite yet softeness to it. Each dish is so flavorful yet simple. Reminded me so much of Italy honestly and probably one of the best pastas in LA that I've tried. The truffle and cheese and bolognese were my favs. Bring friends that are hungry and just taste the entire menu - you won't be disappointed. I'll be back for sure.
Where do I start? Is it possible to give them 6 stars. Love their story that the pasta is imported from their kitchen in Bologna, Italy and it tastes beyond perfect. The restaurant is located at the new Sportsman’s Lodge shops.I already scoped out the menu before arriving so knew exactly what I wanted to order. They have three tasting menus so of course I decided on the cheese and truffle. Definitely wasn’t disappointed at all. Start with a yellowtail Crudo, tagliatelle in truffle sauce, then Pomodoro and then lastly cacio e Pepe and it even comes with a dessert of course tiramisu. Each dish is a good size portion I normally don’t eat everything on the plate at this time I ate everything even scooped up the sauce with my fork. The pomodoro sauce needs to bottled and sold. We also ordered the broccolini which was simple but tastes fantastic both crisp and still very flavorful.It’s a very small restaurant just a few tables but they do have bar seating. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is beautifully decorated minimal but very modern. As we sat there enjoying east dish we were already planning our next visit.

My favorite pasta place finally came to Studio City! It’s a beautiful brand new location at sportsmen’s lodge.Cheese & Truffle tasting menu is my go to choice and as always, it was super delicious. All fresh pasta is air shipped from Italy and yes I can see the difference. ( that’s why I keep going back to Uovo)Stuff members are very friendly and prompt service even they are busy. If you are pasta lover, I definitely recommend this place. It’s most authentic Italian pasta that you can experience in the city.
