Turkey sloppy Joe sliders were tasty!! The fries were overcooked. My friends ordered pizza and both didn't enjoy it, saying it was too soft. Other friends order the chicken and waffles, says that was good. The banana pudding cake was a hit! ?

The place is nice and clean. Weekend is busy as usual. The staff are friendly but the service is slow maybe because they were short of employees. The food is fine I guess they forgot to give salad dressing when we ordered salmon salad. I like my waffles but fried chicken is too greasy.

The Six chow house restaurants bar is very cute. They have a nice outdoor sitting area thats nicely lit with sparkly lights and fake flowers all over. Overall the food tasted good. I would recommend getting the Brussel sprouts, it’s one of the best I’ve ever tastes. The buffalo cauliflower tasted a lot like buffalo chicken wings, which was very yummy. The mushroom truffle flatbread is amazing! However, the salmon was okay. It needed salt and the sauce was bland. The banana cream pie was very tasty and great presentation. I don’t know if the restaurant is short staffed or if it was just that day we went, but there was only 2 waiters working and no hostess, so it was just a bit awkward waiting for a table, and we had to wait a while for the waiters to help us. Overall, an okay experience.

Came here for brunch and had a delightful experience. The service was stellar, very helpful and attentive staff. I ordered the waffle sliders and they were unique and a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The iced coffee had great flavor and included refills. The decor is whimsical and very “insta” friendly. We will absolutely return.

A California eatery offering delicious meals that provides impeccable service. The ambience emulates northern California, 1849, a bit after the discovery of gold.Their menu says it all: "Locally served, farm-to-table fair is served in cast iron skillets and atop a rustic wood planks, paying homage to the ways of the Chow House." ¹The eatery, established 2010, is part of a small local chain.THE SIX CHOW HOUSE includes two, heated patios and a calming natural interior. There are trees, flowers and headshots of local actors.Service is excellent. Mario, our waiter, described the menu, make suggestions, then checked the kitchen to be sure my entree was vegan. It turned out it wasn't. However, the chef chef was able to alter his recipe. As an appetizer we ordered French fries. It arrived in a cast iron pan, piping hot and crisp. Quite honestly, they're the best french fries I've ever had.Our table's entrees include, a fried Salmon Burger, Pan Roasted New York Steak with seasonal Dauphinoise potatoes, Mushroom Trifle Risotto, and a Drunken Vegan Burger with hand cut fried potatoes. All servings were large, beautifully presented, and delicious. The only complaint: The Pan Fried New York Steak became tough when cooked, as ordered, to well-done.Free parking in a difficult lot. The handicapped spaces are quite a bit away from the entrance to the restaurant. There is a low curb. With the exception of a few tables, the restaurant is ADA compliant.¹ "The society of six was a group of innovative Northern California artists who came to prominence in the 1920s during prohibition."

Not only is the place beautiful, the customer service is amazing. My best friend and I went for dinner and didn’t realize it almost closing time, but that they matter to them, the service was perfect and we never felt rushed in any way. They even let us take pictures even though they were close. I’m sorry we wouldn’t leave, it was just so much fun. We will definitely come back earlier next time. Thank you.

The brussel sprouts were barely crispy and over sauced. The salmon entree would have been better with out the sauce, large corn kernels, flavorless potatoes and almond slivers sprinkled over it. It looked nothing like the picture from the menu—nothing green was on the plate. So I ordered a side salad which was a naked green salad with shaved radish and carrots and they charged me $10 for a custom salad! We spent $100+ on two people with two apps, two entrees and a salad—no drinks, just water. If it was supply chain issues, they could have said that or recommended something decent.

Got reservations for Sunday night. 5 adults 1 child. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which were great. Staff was friendly and attentive. They have a yelp check-in special for free banana creme dessert. Would come again.

Been coming here for years now. This is an excellent spot to grab a meal and catch up with friends. They have added a second patio area since covid started, so they have plenty of outdoor seating. While they serve a lot of pub food, I love splitting some small plates and a pizza or two when I visit. I can't recommend the Pear and Barada Pizza. Its wonderful. And if they happen to have the Mac and Cheese Flatbread when you're there....get it! It's a treat.

We went here for lunch. Seating was a little slow as they only had one guy seating and serving every table. Cocktails here were ok to bad. I had the Manhattan which was served over small ice cubes. It was watery half way through and I would not order again. The Flatbread was very tasty. I got chicken and waffles which was good but not the best. The ambiance here is definitely mediocre. We got not so good drinks, very acceptable food in place that really is not worth a return visit. Hopefully they are better staffed for dinner w a real bartender and more serving help
