Customer Service was excellent and efficient. The restroom is extremely GROSS ? and looks like something out of a scary movie… the floors were filthy, the toilet paper container was ripped off the wall. The mirror and the sink were filthy, the walls were dirty, This was the most disgusting Coffee Bean Restroom I’ve ever seen in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t go to this store !! The staff is rude and unprofessional. When I took the time to complain to the general manger he literally said I don’t care there are too many other places to go to deal with this disrespect coffee is average and the service is terrible

Been here the past few days; one of my favorite spots but wifi has been down lately. My only opportunity for this store it to refresh or restart the wifi connection periodically so everyone can get work done and lounge here to escape from the world a bit. Other than that, this is my favorite spot; plenty of parking too; staff is friendly and hard-working.
The food was really so delicious and clean environment.
