Stopped by at this awesome spot in Studio City. Friendly staff that recommended a Pacific bowl with Katsu chicken that was soooo good! Great spot for lunch!

Service is spotty. The place isn't always clean. The food sometimes seems borderline old. It could be better, especially for the price.
I go here because of the brown rice and spicy salad.To my disappointment …. Twice this week I had issues.NO BROWN RICE !!! and no spicy veggie salad that one that comes with the California bowls. I think someone is not on top of what’s going on in the kitchen. Lastly today two girls were screaming so loud in the kitchen that the cashier and I could not complete my order until they shut.. they thought that was funny, to me it was very unprofessional. Senior Management needs to keep an eye on this crew. I am taking the to write this because I like this place and I like them to be successful.
Utter chaos ordering online in the evening- all the employees were scrambling to figure out orders, staple bags, figure out what orders came in. My order was incomplete, there were about 10 Postmates delivery people in front of me, etc etc- horrible pickup experience. 2 stars because what I ordered ended up tasting fine, but next time I’ll just eat in.

Never ready on time and when you order in it takes at least 30 minutes to get your food. Not fast casual at all.
There were 7 employees behind the counter, no sense of urgency, had to wait almost an 1 hour to receive food, you can learn speed and urgency from Starbucks.
I am just going to warn all delivery drivers that they will not have your stuff ready on time they have their own schedule and whoever the manager was tonight was speaking Spanish It's pretty rude when the other person you're talking about no Spanish and acting like you know some special secret about an order if I have to pick it up at 6 and drop it off by 630 I expect to be able to do that but if you don't wanna have it ready until 630 I lose money on the deal and because of the way I was treated I canceled the order and gave it to somebody else So that you can treat them indifferently as well
